A warning about possible adverse effects
I started using L glutamine for leaky gut. Over a period of 2 months I quickly developed dreadful insomnia... but didn't associate it with L glutamine as insomnia was never mentioned anywhere as a possible side effect. However I eventually discovered that it metabolises into glutamate which can imbalance the Gaba in your brain .. thus disrupting your ability to sleep. This won't necessarily happen to everyone .. but I happened to me. A few days after stopping, my sleep returned to normal.

Great for digestive issues.
My daughter suffers from ME, and often has to take painkillers which cause stomach ulceration. L glutamine has been a life saver. I have also used for indegestion, and l glutamine has helped no end. Great for helping the digestive system. Highly recommend.

Bad ring sting

Too big!
These are the biggest pills I’ve ever seen and I take a lot of supplements! I have to chew them instead, luckily they don’t taste of anything!!
