I live in the high dessert, so the sun here is quite harsh (especially in the Summer) and some of my full-sun fruits were struggling or outright dying because of it. One of these saved my strawberries so I purchased another to protect some struggling tomatoes. All plants have been thriving ever since. I had to be careful with how I set them up due to high winds, but the grommets helped and both are holding up well. My neighbors are considering one for their chickens now. ^_^I recommend these if you have any plants struggling with harsh sunlight.

It was best to wait until now, at the end of the growing season, to give this review. The material did not tear or deteriorate, and will be suitable to use again next year. All the grommets stayed in place as well. This shadescreen enabled me to grow vegetables throughout the summer that otherwise would have suffered sun damage. It enabled me to work out in the garden even during the warmest parts of the day and cut garden water usage by a third. What little I paid for this shadescreen cannot compare with the amount of produce, money saved and other benefits received.

Very nice, works well

We used the shade cloth for our gardens & air conditioning unit outside. We’ve been in. Major heat wave in Oklahoma & didn’t want our garden to burn up. This item worked great, also helps our ac to be protected since it sits on the west side of the house & gets sooo hot. But not now!

I wasn’t expecting much for the price. I used a coupon code to get it 50% off. I’m happy with how much sun it lets through. Just enough to keep my plants happy but not scorch them.

I have shade cloths that are 50% and 70%. This one states that it is 40%, but it seems to provide much less shade than the 50% shade cloth I have from an agricultural supplier. On the positive side, it certainly is lightweight and easy to maneuver and if you are looking for light shade, I would think it could be used on most any veggie crop

We have 2 chicken coops and a run. It is over the run. The girls love it, as we live in Florida. I highly recommend it.

With our very hot summer this year we thought we might lose our large Sago Palm. bought this sunshade and it has saved it!! Wish we had bought it sooner.
