Good quality hydration powder
Very nice hydration powder, easy to mix and lovely flavour, dissolves into the water easy enough, doesn't leave any lumps of gritty taste (as long as you give the bottle a good shake) Perfect for workouts when you're sweating and need to put salts, sugars and vitamins back into your system, also works very well for when you're ill (as I've discovered) if you're sick and can't/don't want to eat this is a great way to, at least, keep your body hydrated. Tastes like tropical juice though not too strong (which some may like, others not so much) Gives you 41 servings (depending on how much water you use and how big your scoops are) which isn't too bad for £22 (works out to about 50p per drink) Very happy with the purchase and if I ever need an isotonic/hydration drink, this will definitely be the go to choice

Dissolves well, but the flavour is not for me
The powder dissolves well in water without leaving lots of unpleasant lumps or residue, and it is easy to prepare before exercise. Unfortunately, I am not particularly keen on the tropical flavour. That is obviously a matter of personal taste rather than a problem with the product itself, but it does make it harder for me to enjoy drinking regularly. Aside from the flavour, it mixes properly and does what I expected, so I would consider trying one of the other available flavours next time.

OK but doesn't last long whould have liked bigger tub but nice taste

Good product, but alternatives are better.
Very tasty and good to have in hot days, I think the small effervescence tablets are better though, I got a lot less drinks out of the tub than I would have hoped and scooping powder is cumbersome and annoying. They offer the same flavour in the tablets and I recommend those over the powder, especially on offer.

Great Product
A great product! I use this during long runs alongside gels and have noticed such a positive different in my runs and fatigue. This also really got me through a marathon I just completed. The tropical flavour tastes great and not too sweet

Doesnt have any taste
I don't think i'll buy again. One serving has over 100 kcal (which i didnt check before buying) and tastes of nothing
