It was a great idea for gift.

This girl's makeup kit is full of goodies! The zipper case is pink and sparkly with a leopard pattern lining inside along with a mirror and three elastic holders sewn in the lid. The handle on the case was detached when I received the kit. I put the handle back on. The placement of the handle brackets is too far apart for this handle to have a tight fit and the handle is made of plastic. I can't bend the handle to snug it up in the brackets. I really doubt that the handle being loose is a problem with every kit but that is also a possibility.Included in the kit are:1 eyeshadow case with 4 colors.2 eyeshadow cases with 3 colors.1 case of pressed powder with 1 clean, white powder puff.2 cases of blush, one small, one larger.1 Toenail kit with toe separator, 1 heart shaped file and two (gel?) toenail colors.1 folding hairbrush with push-out bristles and a mirror on one side.2 bottles of fingernail polish with bows tied on the lid.2 tubes of lipstick.1 Mascara.1 mist bottle.1 eyebrow pencil.1 lip gloss.3 various tip size brushes.1 applicator.1 eyebrow brush/comb combination.You will need a pencil sharpener for the eyebrow pencil. I understand why that is not included with the set as it could be a danger to little fingers.This set is packed full of fun for any child who wants to play with makeup. I cannot speak to the ease of removal. I don't have kids at home now but cannot wait for my granddaughter to visit so we can play with the set. I will update the review concerning ease of removal then. Super fun product at a great price.

Decent value for the money, and while it's not quite as easy to remove as I would like, it is very "giftable." My 4 year old LOVES the kit - especially the "purse" as she has come to call it.

The kit is cute and nice variety but not made for black or brown kids and which is so unfortunate. The make up has a, cute bag and the makeup is easy to remove.

My daughter loved it, both my 3 year old and 13 yer old get together playing doing make up for each other, the kit comes complete with all accessories needed for any little make up artist, the added case makes it convenient to carry to multiple places, making it easy for my daughter to play with it not just at home but on the go as well.CJ,

My daughter is obsessed. The kit comes with just about everything that mom has in her makeup kit. Additionally, the colors are vibrant and bot chalky like most kids makeup. The only con is that you have to use real makeup remover to get it off.
