Great supplement for helping reduce sugar intake
I am taking this product inline with my diet to help reduce my sugar levels so far this seems to be helping and I am not craving sweet food or snacks.

Bought to stop sugar cravings & working so far. Just keep in mind, that it’s a very high dose, so probably one every 2 days is a good idea if you don’t have massive chromium deficiency. Tablets are small & easy to swallow.
