My foolish decision to not return this item within the 30 day return period haunts me today (purchased in February, 2017). I guess I kept thinking it would somehow improve, thinking it just couldn't be as unsatisfactory as it appeared. Of all the small insulated soft lunch boxes I have owned over the years, this product is by far the worst performing. Using the ice pack it comes with, the longest it stayed cool was about 2.5 hours. When I substitute a small conventional ice pack (which takes up more room), 5 hours is the max. Leave it in a car on a warm day and it will be even worse. By contrast my double insulated steel water bottle still has unmelted ice after 10 hours. Plus, after about ten uses the piping around the edge is starting to get fuzzy, although if kept anything cold I'd overlook that. I can't understand the many positive reviews--I would not recommend this product under any circumstance--there are many choices in the marketplace that will work much better.

This is such a nice lunch box! I got it for the husband to take to work and it fits a lot of regular sizes left over containers. Fabric looks and feels good.

Perfect lunch bag to keep lunches cold. Ice pack is removable and zips easily in pouch. Bag still effective if ice pack isn't needed

My son has been using this amazing lunch bag for school for almost three years now. The cooling panel is very well built and strong, never leaked. It has a great internal space and lots of useful pockets. One day the shoulder strap connector broke, but we managed to fix it easily. Maybe we can have an adamantium version in a near future? :)
