The quality is very good and it's relatively easy to clean (although my hands are a bit too big to get a sponge right into the bottom of it. The only negative aspect of this bottle is that I would not trust it in a bag. Whilst the cap does seem to lock in well, it just seems like it would be too easy for something else to get in the way and open it accidentally whilst in transit. So there is no way I would use it to carry liquid in a sports bag. It also came with a little metal ball that's designed to act as a whisk - I ended up throwing this away as it's not really needed for mixing whey protein.
