Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, RGB 104 Keys Wired Keyboard with Blue Switches

Very satisfied with this purchase. Head and shoulders above my membrane Logitech K120 Wired Business Keyboard, and without breaking the bank too! To be honest, I feel lucky to have gotten this keyboard at such a low price. At this price point, I could not find a single mechanical keyboard that met all of my requirements but this one. In fact, even some of the more expensive mechanical keyboards didn't meet all of my requirements. For starters, the keyboard uses the UK layout with the pound sign and hash symbol key in the right place—very important for me. Second, this is a full-size keyboard with a numeric keypad at the right. This was important for me as I wanted a keyboard that did all of the same things as my previous keyboard, the only difference being that it is mechanical—a requirement that this RisoPhy mechanical keyboard fulfils precisely. (I should note, too, that most of the mechanical keyboards at this price range and even some more expensive ones, being shorter in width, lacked a numeric keypad.) Then there is the feel of the keyboard. The product description says that it uses "BLUE switches", seemingly modelling its switches on the classic tactile and clicky Cherry MX Blue switches. (It is unlikely that the keyboard uses actual Cherry MX Blue switches, given the price range, but rather its own knock-off versions of the switches.) While this may not be what some gamers are looking for (looking for something smoother and offering the same resistance all the way down without a slight bump as you press each key), this is perfect for me, as I was looking for a keyboard that produced nice responsive, tactile feedback, mirroring a classic typewriter effect. Some people may be put off by this, thinking that it makes the keyboard too noisy, and while, yes, there is a clicking noise with each key press, it honestly isn't that loud (though because there is still an audible clicking noise, I can understand criticisms saying that this keyboard is inappropriate for an office environment, for example, where such a constant clicking noise can cause distractions.) The keyboard is nice to type on, which is my primary use for it rather than gaming.A feature I don't care as much for is the rainbow backlighting. From my tests, the "9 different backlights" settings mentioned in the product description work exactly as expected. Also working as intended (at least from my tests on Windows 11) are the "12 multimedia combinations", effectively function keys that perform operations, such as, open a calculator and open Windows search.The major downside to this keyboard that I can think of is that the keyboard switches are not hot-swappable (though at this price point, this isn't a disappointment but just something to be expected.)In all, if you are looking for a keyboard that meets some of the same requirements as I was, at this price, I am unaware of a better keyboard on this website than this one.

Good keyboard and decent lights. Not as fancy as some but this is better. No issues with keys at all and a nice feel to the keystroke. Would recommend

Not a bad keyboard but I think it's a little overpriced for what it is. The lighting effects are quite limited as there is no individual RGB control. If you like a rainbow across your keyboard then this is for you. Overall it's quite rigid and has a good key feel but feels a bit plasticky with some sharp edges in places. The font on the keys looks a bit dated and "gamery" too.

First of all you can't program your own colour scheme on this keyboard. The LED setup is extremely limited. Other than that the action is nice and tactile and clicky. For the price, you can't really complain. It's a shame mine stopped working after about 6 months or less of use, so it didn't instill confidence for me to waste my money on another one. It may have even been in the warranty period - I don't know - I was very busy at the time and did not have the time to check.It's a nice keyboard though if the LED limitations don't bother you and you want to take a chance that it won't just stop working at some point. For the money you do get a mechanical keyboard though so it's worth taking a punt if cash is tight.

For my first mechanical keyboard, this product works brilliantly! LEDs work, tons of cool modes as well. The only criticism is that you can’t set custom colours unless you have the software I think. I wasn’t given a disk like I got with the pictek mouse but besides that, amazing product.

Works great, looks great and is great value. Love the sound and feel of it.

Absolute game changer. I type everyday as an admin worker and now rarely make a typo. Blew my mind how this has improved my typing. Would recommend.

i was actually kind of pleasantly surprised by this keyboard..the lighting features are pretty fun. i like the mode where pressing a key lights up the whole row, but the lights are otherwise off.i'm not really a "mechanical keyboard enthusiast", somehow, i've managed with whatever crappy dell keyboard was laying around or some random cheap logitech at work. never felt like they were a problem. so that's who this review is coming from. honestly...keyboards have never been a big deal for me. gaming, typing. i use whatever is around.recently picked up the ROG ally and wanted a nice matching keyboard to go with it. No big branding and nothing too expensive [but also wireless].honestly just found out "mechanical keyboards" were even a thing by seeing the offers on amazon and wanted to see if there was a big difference.keys do feel a bit clickier but i think i've used some membrane keyboards feel similar. i don't hear the metal hollow ring other reviewers mentioned but some keys do have a slight more "mushy" feel than others. taking it the key out [with the included tool] re-seating it fixed it for me so that might help [only had it for a day so far]. i do wish the space was a bit clickier but it works fine.it charges via USB C, battery seems decent and it's wireless. this was the cheapest mechanical keyboard on amazon so for $46 after tax/shipping as long as it doesn't break in the next 2+ years i'll be happy. gives me a chance to try out the mechanical thing without spending too much.

Exactly what I was looking for when shopping for a keyboard within this general price range. The all-black style allows the LED backlights to really *pop*, even in bright light/daylight. Just received my RisoPhy RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and I'm already impressed! Unboxing was smooth — everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.Right out of the gate, the mechanical switches feel fantastic — satisfying and responsive with great tactile feedback. Typing this review on it now and it already feels way better than my old membrane keyboard.The RGB lighting looks amazing — all 104 keys are individually backlit with tons of color and lighting mode options. Instantly upgraded the look of my desk setup.Build quality feels solid and premium — no flex, no creaking, and the keycaps have a nice, smooth texture. It's a standard full-size layout with number pad, so it was easy to jump right in with no learning curve.Can't speak to long-term durability yet, but based on first impressions, this keyboard seems like an excellent value. Will update if anything changes, but so far I'm very happy
