this is a very good product did the job well , cured the leek in my roof. no more drips.

Does a good job
I used this because I had a felt roof where the felt hadn’t “healed” around the nails and thus let water in. Applying a good coat stop that leak did the job. Doesn’t seem to go that far hence only four stars.

The jury is out
Not as efficient as I’d hoped as I’ve had to give it at least 4 coats and there’s still a minor dribble. Site was cleaned and cleared before use.

Water Invasion Repelled
Used this spray as per directions on the can. Impressed. The spray substance went on easily and has sealed the roof felt for now. Cannot comment on life span of product but currently standing up to harsh wind and rain. Time for new roof felt next year.
