My old cervical pillow is the traditional kind that's not designed for side or combo sleepers. I was thus starting to experience neck issues after sleeping on my sides as the pillow wasn't high enough to support my neck. The first thing I noticed about my REOKA after removing it from the box is its heavier weight and density. The fabric on the cover seems high quality and also looks and feels interesting. I still use a pillow case, but I should mention that the pillow barely fits inside a standard sized case. So when you're shifting in your sleep it may slide off the pillow a bit. Anyway, I've been using this pillow for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a big difference. It's lower at the center to allow me to sleep comfortably on my back, but higher on either end to adequately support my neck when sleeping on my sides. My neck isn't fatigued as much whenever I get up in the morning. Very happy with this product!

It beats my Walmart pillow by a million miles! So far my simple pre test has made me fall in love with it! It draws me to my bed like a zombie 🧟‍♂️ It’s curved correctly and soft as a cloud ⛅️ And barely any smell. I have arthritis in my neck and I believe that this will eliminate the pain that I feel for a short time every morning when I wake up. I’ll come back and post any complaints or additional comments if I have any. Update: I can almost swear that if you turn the pillow upside down with the so-called arm cradles downward you can sleep better sideways BUT my head is somewhat higher but the dip is deeper with it upside down 🤔💭 Thank you whoever you are that made this cloud ⛅️

If you have a ride in your neck these will probably be too high I'm going to try it for a few more days on my side it's awesome but on the back it seems too high such a shame it's a comfortable pillow I let this sit for a little over 2 weeks and it works great now you wouldn't go wrong and buy one of these give it a try but let it sit for a couple weeks before you really try it

I never write reviews but I thought this product was worth it. I got my pillow, unboxed it, and immediately felt hopeful for a restful nights sleep. I have to say, after only one night, I had no neck pain when I woke up this morning for the first time in a year or more. I truly mean that! I’m a total side sleeper and don’t like my face buried in a pillow where I feel like I can’t breathe. I usually have to bunch up my pillows up just to fall asleep. This pillow changed that whole routine. It is SO comfortable and soft but perfectly firm enough to give my neck the support it needs. The only small thing is it does have a slight, not unpleasant odor to it which isn’t too strong. I’m sure it will fade over time. The fabric kept me cool all night and I was able to sleep all the way through. If you have neck pain due to a crappy pillow - BUY THIS ONE! It just plain works!

I was having neck issues while sleeping and I was trying to find a pillow that would help. I read a lot of reviews online and decided to give this pillow a try. I had issues remembering which direction the pillow was supposed to face. I tend to move around a lot while I sleep, and I sometimes sleep under my pillow, and sometimes my pillow would move on me, and I really struggled on which direction to use the pillow. I’m not sure if there is even directions on which way the pillow was supposed to be used, but I tried it a couple different ways. The pillows shape is odd and so to me there was no clear direction on how to lay on the pillow. The neck support was probably a little too firm for my comfort. I used the pillow every day for about three months and my neck pain went away temporarily but then came back so I switched back to my old pillow and I was fine again. I find that I have to keep switching pillows every few months to sleep better at night. I have a king size bed so this pillow is very small for my king pillowcases. Overall, I’ve been using the pillow on and off for the last several years and it was just OK. Not sure if it was worth the price or not. At first it seemed to work, but then it felt no different than any of my other pillows. I found it wasn’t great and it wasn’t bad.

I've owned a LOT of pillows - If you can imagine it, I've probably owned it or slept on it. It took a night or two to get used to this pillow. Now I love it. Even other shaped, memory foam pillows gave me a sore neck with lots of popping vertebrae in the morning. This pillow cradles your head at the correct angle when you are on your back or on your side. The thing that took some getting used to was turning over. You can't roll. Your head needs to end up in the same spot - so you basically pick yourself up and turn in place if that makes sense. This pillow won't be for everyone, but it's perfect for me.

I am the queen of pillow probs. (This is our household prime acct disregard the name). When I tell you this is the BEST pillow purchase I have ever made- For the first couple weeks I wasn’t pumped on it, then I realized I was using the wrong side (the thinner part goes by the top of your head). I have had this pillow for about 8 months and I’m obsessed. I have tried EVERYTHING. My final straw was when I went back to tempurpedic to buy yet another pillow and was told by the rude employee “well you have broad shoulders” when every pillow I tried was not enough neck support. After 5 years at a desk job, yeah I NEED good neck support. I definitely did not think a $20 pillow would be the solution to my side sleeping neck problems. Doesn’t matter if I lay on my stomach side or back this thing provides perfect support. I went with the OG regular firm one. Would recommend a zipper pillowcase for it as regular ones slide off. All in all, a lifesaver. 10/10.

So far the pillow has worked out really nice however, I am a side and stomach sleeper and I don’t understand how the little notches are supposed to work. If you look at the picture, it looks like you were supposed to put your arm underneath or around the pillow in some sort of way, but the only comfortable position I’ve been able to find it is actually laying on my back. I bought this in conjunction with a mattress topper and I think I have been getting better sleep but still not sure about the functionality of this pillow. Will keep using.

After 3rd night sleeping on this - neck pain gone, sleep quality excellent, does not smell. Excellent pillow for the price. Would highly recommend.

As someone who struggles to get to sleep on soft pillows, this has the firmness but the shapes to suit every sleeping position. You can find the right side for you and sometimes I even sleep on the corner. So lush and high quality, but best pillow I've ever had. Worth the money.
