Shilajit not advisable in tablet or capsule form
As such the product is good. But Shilajit itself is so sticky that it must be dissolved fully before consumption. Why? Because, if taken in solid form or even semi solid forn, there are chances that it will stick to the intestinal mucosa and over a period, can cause intestinal obstruction। My Advice, never take shilajit in semi solid form always completely dissolve it then take it।
