El Motor funciona muy bien, y el cableado para un pulsador supletorio, así como para las fotocélulas, es muy fácil y sencillo. Es extraño, por lo menos para lo que yo estoy acostumbrado, que el principio y fin de carrera son dos imanes que hay que atornillar a la puerta y no un medio mecánico integrado en el motor; pero el mayor inconveniente, es la cadena, viene en dos tramos de 3 metros, y, aunque en los dos tramos te encuentras un eslabón que se puede quitar y poner, no siempre te coinciden las medidas, (como es mi caso, pues la puerta tiene 4,4metros) y te obliga a "reventar" uno de los eslabones para poder casar la medida de la cadena con la puerta, aunque es el mejor método (el de cadena), para puertas correderas cuyo raíl no está perfectamente nivelado.

I have had this gate opener for about a year and a half now. It has worked with periodic issues that have been nearly catastrophic, but I have been able to keep it working (I am a former handyman). The opener is small in size, and relatively quiet when operating. Instructions included are decent, but could use some work. Two mechanically inclined men were able to install it in a few hours. The biggest issues I have had are build quality and battery life of the remote. The remotes tend to go through a battery every month with 2-3 times daily use. The batteries are a special 12V battery that is not readily available, so order some extras on Amazon. The biggest issue is build quality, specifically the guide gears for the chain. The guide gears have no bearings, it is just a gear around a metal bolt, and over the past year and a half, these hardened gears have eaten through the non-hardened bolts due to friction. The pictures I attached are from the near failure that I had. The company would not replace the part due to it being “out of warranty” but clearly a terrible design and material flaw. These bolts should be hardened to prevent wear, or a much better design would be to have a proper heavy-duty bearing. Despite this, it is an affordable option for a gate opener if you don’t mind dealing with periodic issues.
