I ordered this because of the many herbs and spices in it. I’ve put 1 tsp in my coffee (taste good), I’ve used a tsp in warm oatmilk, macadamia milk (very good tasting). I go to the gym in the mornings 5AM, I warm up my vanilla protein drink and add 1 tsp of Chyawanprash. Warms me up, I get a good workout and I'm energized and feel good all day. This is great for the very cold mornings and evenings. It’s great in warm water after dinner on a cold night. It’s good for your health. Review: The taste is phenomenal - This was recommended by my doctor. I keep getting sick with flu like symptoms etc. I’m also allergic to everything it seems 😩 Anyway, let’s get back on track. I was a bit skeptical at first but after I tasted this I was like, wowwwww what a surprise, I never expected it to taste this good.
