Wishing I had this years ago! Recently installed in my office within minutes. No hassle at all! Also came with some of the best dry wall markers I've had (AFMAT brand). If you looking to boost productivity you'll definitely want one of these!

I had to put this up myself, so I used painters tape to hold it in place while I peeled the backing and used smoothing tool. The first picture is a close up view of the product. The second picture shows the before and after. I ordered 2 so I could do my entire whiteboard. I would order again!!

Bought this as an alternative to painting my office wall with whiteboard paint. Installation was easy and, although a coworker helped it probably could be done with one very steady person. Smoothing out air bubbles was easy and it lays flat (even bridges the mounting holes from the old hung whiteboard). No ghosting even after writing was up for 3+ weeks, overall extremely satisfied with it.

First of all, the product quality is good, durable and thick - the adhesion process is where the problem lies as the adhesive is VERY sticky. Applying it flatly on a wall w/o wrinkles is impossible. We attempted to apply the 48" vertically and 65" horizontally (we cut off 7" to fit an existing space). As the roll was too small diameter (slightly larger than a wrapping paper roll) this left roll wrinkles evenly spaced running top-to-bottom along the film. (Not sure if unrolling to allow it to "relax" would have helped). Starting along the long-edge was difficult (two people) but we only pulled back two-inches of backing per instructions. Should have known we were in trouble as could never get the film to lie straight along the line scribed on the wall. We were able to lift it up a couple of times to reposition but didn't seem to help. The further we went down, significant wrinkles appeared in the center that we weren't able to smooth out. When I tried to remove it again, it started to pull up the drywall facing! So after getting down the wall about 10" or so, I was at a loss. There was no way to pull-it up w/o further wall damage, and the wrinkles that were present were only expected to worsen as I continued. I decided to cut my losses (literally cut it off at 10" from the top) and discarded the rest. As of this writing I have some ideas for another solution that involve covering this failure, but have not yet enacted. Buyer BEWARE - while this product will likely make a good result if you're able to successfully install (might be good with smaller pieces) just know that tryig to install a very large piece is impossible in my experience.UPDATE: Following multiple customer service emails with AFMAT, I have updated my rating from 1 to 3-stars based on the customer service, was very professional and sought to satisfy me as a customer with numerous offers including full refund. While I stand by my experience was disappointing, another installer MIGHT have better results, but I would recommend several things differently if choosing to work with a large piece of film: 1) unroll days ahead of time to allow the material to relax and loosen; 2) work from the side parallel to the roll tube (axis) working out wrinkles as you go; 3) get two, three or more people depending on the size of the piece attempting. The larger the piece, the more difficult the installation.

This is a good value. We converted a Smartboard to a whiteboard and it worked great. It takes time and patience to get the product in place, but otherwise it is a very good solution for a quick installation.

I bought this product to cover a whiteboard I did on my wall few years ago using dry erase paint. Over the years, it was getting more and more difficult to clean this whiteboard, leaving traces and "ghost".First, the box arrived damaged and opened. There was no obvious piece missing, so I did not return it. As I unwrapped the paper, you can see a lot of wrinkles coming from how tightly the paper was wrapped. At this point, I was not hopeful about the final results, but decided to give it a try. The shipment comes with a scrapper to remove bubbles and I was hoping that it could work flatten these wrinkles.Installing the paper was a nightmare. If you go for these product, I strongly recommend to be two person (one holding the paper, one removing the bubble). The instructions let you believe one person can do it enough, I just don't see how. The wall was well prepared (smooth, clean). As other users described, one side of the paper will adhere on the wall when you try pushing bubble on a another side, and it becomes quickly impossible to have a bubble free surface. I did not have issue unsticking/resticking paper on my side to help the process but the final result is extremely disappointing and some of the original wrinkles on the paper ended up creating big scars.I have contacted the customer support to see if I can get a refund, will post in that review if that's the case.This product may work much better on smaller area, I don't know. I would personally not recommend it for this kind of home project.12/09/2020 updateAfter contacting AFMAT customer service and explaining the issue, they refunded immediately the product on Amazon. They acknowledge these creases were probably making much harder to get a smooth result. I raised the rating to 3 stars for the quality of the customer service.I would still highly recommend that you need to be two persons to install it, this should be clearly mentioned in the instructions.

This is a great value came nicely packaged with a lot of goodies! The problem is it doesn’t stick on drywalls like other brands do, and you have to pin it on to the wall, which isn’t ideal. When it is not pinned, it comes right off the wall after two hours. I believe “must pin on the dry wall” should be more transparent with big warning! Other than that, it’s a nice product for its value.
