Works perfectly. I generate a LOT of earwax. Rather than going to a professiional - thought I'd see for myself what goes on.I did find where the hair on my head migrated to=== it is growing inside my ears. I was able to remove bits of wax clinging to the hair, but it was hard. Of course this was my first time. The setup is in VERY small print. The set up procedure is something new - at least new to me. At age 86 was still able to follow, but I can see others might have problems, They should make more detailed instructions available online, I am surprised hw cheap it was, and the great quality even for a product from China.

I got this originally for curiosity’s sake (… I enjoy ear wax removal videos and wanted to check my own ears), but it came in handy later. My partner used Q tips to clean his ears (why??) but just pushed the wax further in until he lost hearing in one ear. He was a couple weeks shy of starting a new job with good health insurance, so we were in a bind. We used this camera to see the situation and then VERY carefully use the included tips to clean things out. We resolved his hearing loss and avoided a big bill. The device connected to the app easily and the camera quality was surprisingly good. It has the option to flip the view depending on which ear you were in, and I personally find it easiest to do the opposite of what’s intended (use the left ear view while in the right ear).

There's two things in this life I enjoy most one is digging in my butt and the other one is digging in my ear. And this makes digging in my ear very safe. I've had ear infections because I just stick anything in my ear or maybe clotted up earlobes because of using q-tips. This thing is great it gives you a clear clear picture of what's going on in there helps you pick out the ear wax without hurting your ear drum I love this thing I could not go without it. You can take pictures videos I mean maybe I should start a whole YouTube video about picking in my ears.

I had a doctor recommend I get one of these for doctor on demand and never bothered to get it but then I kept hearing something in my ear so I broke down and got one.This thing is awesome and the picture is great. It's also pretty awesome for popping pimples.It doesn't hurt,The battery life in the beginning was great but after a while you need to keep it plugged in to use it dies so fast. So durability on the battery isn't the greatest but it still works great,Just needs plugged in while in use. Great value for the money and easy to use. Works to get ear wax out as well

I purchased this ear tool because my husband and two sons have waxy ears, and I thought it would be great to have so I can clean them out. I read all of the reviews (most of which were really great!). When it came, unfortunately it did not turn on. Instead of starting a return through Amazon, I decided to email the company directly. To my surprise, they got back to me right away and asked for my address. They sent me a totally new product which arrived pretty fast! The new one came and it works like a charm! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing in my 7 year old’s ears!! 🤮🤮 I felt very confident with the super clear camera. I was able to pull out a big ball of wax from his ear. It was so cool and so gross at the same time!Even more importantly, I received a follow up email yesterday (a few days after my delivery) from the company asking if I received my replacement and asked how it was working. I thought my last communication with them would be when I gave them my address. I am VERY impressed with their customer service and their product. I HIGHLY recommend this product!
