Really nice book for a teen that loves to colour for relaxing

This book has one-sided colouring sheets. It has more detailing for using precise colouring techniques such as fine felt-tips or coloured pencils. My 9 year old daughter has enjoyed colouring in this book. I recommend it.

These books are great stress busters for adults.

The majority of pictures in here are one page, large ones so they use a lot of ink. Still, it is very relaxing. If you are like me and your mind is constantly overflowing and over-stressed, get one of these NOW. I make up little stories for each page. Who is this person, where is she going, what is her life like etc and it lets the dust in my mind settle peacefully. That is why I prefer these to the Mandala or other types.

one of the drawing was duplicated. another was very bad quality that i tore it out and threw it away, did not bother coloring it. It was ok, not good good.
