I enjoy taking care of my face and Ive noticed lately I need a little lift , I'm in my mid forties. So far is my first week using it I will keep you updated in how this goes, although It's my first time using an RF machine I've seen many videos in YouTube with people using different machines but they all talk about redness and heat??? well I'm in level 1 and so far not feeling any heat and my face is not getting red I'm not sure if that is supposed to happen. the only problem I have with the device right now is that is not cordless and it's difficult to read the modes.UPDATE!I am on my 9th week and oh boy! this device has done it's job, my face has change dramatically, my jaw line is more defined, the saggy sides around my mouth and cheeks are looking better and my eyes have lifted, my skin is looking smooth and the pores are looking better. It takes time and patience but it does it's JOB I strongly recommend this product, after you read the manual carefully and the help of Cindy (customer service) you get the hang of it very easily, but you have to be consistent cause im telling you it works.

Can’t go passed Level 1 without stinging or burning no matter what advice I see on line about gel so it could never work for me being unable to advance levels. On equal pay but charged full price! Even after I called customer service on day 2! Wanted to see if it worked before the 60 day return policy. Trying to get customer support from MLAY to return but web says error:”The URL can’t be shown”. Hopefully Amazon will help me. 😫

Although I can't say for sure that this RF skin tightening wand works for long-lasting effects, I *think* I'm seeing minimal improvement after a little more than two weeks. The wand is solid -- beautiful, even -- with a variety of application options, four intensity strengths, and three different LED therapies. The instructions are in some ways confusing because the descriptions of both LED options and skin routine settings aren't clear, but at least the company includes illustrations to show the required patterns. Still, if all settings attack aging skin, what's the real difference? The device works (supposedly) by injuring deep skin cells to encourage collagen production, and that leads to increased elasticity.The company claims that most people will see improved skin in 8-12 weeks. That a long time to use this device for 3-5 times a week -- or daily. (The instructions show a "daily" routine but also say to use 3-5 times a week. I don't know which is correct.) There's a learning curve, first for finding the correct intensity (to be expected) but also to know how much of the included conductive gel to use. I found that I had to use a lot more gel than I did at first before I could feel it. I also had to adjust how I hold the wand because I kept pressing the setting buttons as I used it. Because this device is corded -- the company also makes a cordless model -- it's awkward to manipulate it to get to the back of my legs and my buttocks.If you want to try RF skin tightening without paying for a doctor's treatment, this device is probably the way to go. It takes a long longer -- frequent uses over 8-12 weeks -- instead of a few sessions in the doctor's office, but it's also tons cheaper. I'd rather take the risk of outlaying $300 or so rather than the probable thousands.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Horrible instructions, no explanation of codes or how yo use properly. No website to provide any other info. Very low voltage.

After trying it for 30 days, I did notice a very slight difference, so I can see were using it every morning over a long period of time will help.But, it has a long cord that always Hass to be plugged in to work with a heavy outlet plug that gets in the way on your counter as you move it, so it better be cleared and the buttons along the device as you’re moving along your body, you might push and turn it off very awkward to hold. The device kept shutting itself off as I was using it, which was very annoying and two of the buttons never lit up so I’m not even sure if those features were actually working because you couldn’t push the buttons to them, which was weird. I went through two devices because I thought the first time it was defaulted but the second one as a replacement came and did the same thing. The gel that comes with it is a $20 bottle but it is just as good as any ultrasound conductive gel. So I bought a huge 2-pack bottle from another Amazon seller, which worked perfect, Because if I’m going to be using this on my face, my belly and my thighs every day, you gotta have a lot of gel. Even on the fourth level I barely felt any thing happening. I only felt the vibrations and all of the lights worked, which I don’t really know if it does anything I only slightly twitched so I really don’t believe it’s that powerful. I had another device before this one, and it really made my face twitch so, I’m used to a higher power microcurrent machine. So I am going to keep searching for a better machine.

UPDATE: the company contacted me and sent a replacement unit to try again. This unit did work when using on face, but I still did not feel anything while attempting it for body use, despite using the conductive gel. So it might be fine for those wanting to use for facial improvements, but it is still not meeting my needs for use on other parts of the bodyTried using as soon as I got it. As stated by other the manual is very confusing and unclear how to use. Eventually figured out the buttons and levels, applied the gel that came with and….. nothing.Unit never heated at all, not even on highest level. Remained cold to touch even after 15 min of making circular motions in area as indicated.
