Well I tried it today can't say about any side effects but I would say its decent as it was easily mixable and also I went for their original mixer/shaker which was around 200 so didn't had any lums and if we talk about taste it was very light i can say it tasted just like water with chocolate hint unless u just use 100-200ml water i used 300ml and Protien powder in it self smell very nice but I don't why after mixing it in water u can smell chemicals or you can say taste chemicals I don't know if that's a bad thing but soon will try more brands then I will update this Update: i personally feel nakpro gold is better, i didnt had atom since this review so i don’t know if they improved recipe or not but i had many others including nakpro, and i would say nakpro didnt had any chemically taste ive tried 2 flavours and liked both also only mentioning nakpro because thats the only one i had in this price range others like GNC and ON were expensive and obviously better.

As a beginner with the protein supplement.. it is good with taste and easy to digest without any workout. As I have used to have it while I am on bed rest.. I am not doing any physical activity. I feel its a good supplement for a beginner. Although I don't have much knowledge about the protein supplement.

This Atom Whey is absolutely useless. The taste is extremely bitter and unpleasant, feels like drinking plain milk powder, not real protein. No mixability, no quality, nothing as promised. Totally disappointed and will never buy again.
