I have an old dated on suite bathroom. Needed a paint which would cover both dark brown uvpc window and old wood panel doors so bought the multi use paint. I know it's for outside but I figured if it's supposed to be weatherproof it would do indoors in high traffic areas and steamy bathroom. I sanded both doors and window to give a key then washed with sugar soap then rinsed down and gave another light sand. Painting to be honest was a pain. I used paint pads, small roller and brushes round edges. Too much paint and it ran, too little and was thin and see through. Don't pour loads at a time into paint tray as dries super fast. As fast as I painted one strip the paint would dry and if it fell on uncovered tile or laminate dried so fast I used gentle pan scrubbers to get off. Never had a paint dry so fast on brushes and pads. Took three coats on both windows and and doors. Looks really good finished but I am doing 5 doors and at three coats each and the time its taking to dry each coat, I know I wont use this again on a bigger project. I just hope it finally sets to a rock hard consistency as after 4 hours it still peels off sides of doors like a layer of plastic. Best thing is hardly any odour. Cant say I'm over enthusiastic about this as very expensive and I'm not sure about using what's left outdoors because three days later can see some peeling at edge of top of one door and is very plasticy. Its better on the uvpc but four days after painting the grey stuck and peeled when I opened window - and given that I had left it open for 3 days it should have been well 'set' and should not have stuck and then peeled. To me its not worth the money as 5 years ago I painted doors in a different family house with wilko tough matt emulsion and its still good and went on and hardened better than this Dulux one. I'm not too sure of longevity now.

This paint is really good, I've done two wooden handrails on a steel (external) stair case and they look really good and the rain just bounces of them, the instructions say dries in 16 hours but in my case I left it over 24 hours and when I went to give them a second coat the first coat was still a little tacky. I was in a hurry to get the handrails on the stairs for obvious reasons and even after 3 days the paint was still slightly tacky in places, enough to get it on your hands when touching it, it's been about 8 days since the job was complete and happy to say that the paint is finally dry (I don't use the stairs every day so it may have been dry for 3 or 4 days), I WOULD buy this paint again but knowing what I know now I would plan the job differently .

Bought to paint dark brown wood effect uPVC window frames and doors that had most definitely seen better days. After repainting the exterior of the house they stood out like several sore thumbs. I was extremely nervous about starting this project but reasoned that they couldn't possibly look any worse. I'm beyond thrilled with the results so far ( 3 windows and one door ) and just hope that they stand the test of time and don't need redoing too often. A little goes a long way too. I've used about a quarter of the tin so may well not need to buy another tin to finish the rest of the windows and back door. Compared to the thousands it would have cost to replace the windows and doors this is an absolute bargain. I have bought the same paint in white to do the frames inside the house.

Good stuff, if you use a quality short pile sponge roller applying evenly the effect will be like it’s been sprayed. And obviously use a small decent brush to cut around any iron mongery. Better still if you can take iron mongery off, dries fast, if your in a rush wait about at least an hour before 2nd coat, not ideal but will work and might get the odd bit come off surrounding from closure in a few months (can only see when door is open) but overall good paint. It’s expensive because it’s a speciality paint plus it dries quick, dulux try to make paints that other brands can’t and that’s how they get away with prices.
