Electronic Dryer for Hearing aids, Ultra Violet C (UV-C) Clean and Dehumidifier Automatic Dry Case

The first item that arrived it wasn’t reaching temperature so I contacted the manufacturer and the service was quite outstanding. They organised an immediate dispatch of a new product and I was told it would take four days where in fact it took two. The product is extremely good. Feels very solid And works very well and the manufacturer does amazing service. What more can you ask for?

Bought Oct works well and stopped condensation in tubes perfect. Stopped working in June and replacement at no cost in 3 days. Superb. Buy with confidence.

I was unsure if this would help improve the sound problems I’ve been having with my hearing aids. I thought I might need to get new ones it was so bad, with lots of crackling and distortion. I did some research and found out that the problems were most likely caused by moisture and/or humidity. So, when I came across this little drying device, I thought that I’d give it a go. The results were excellent and my hearing aids are working as well as they did when new. I highly recommend this magic little box!

This seems to help maintain the quality of my aids. Saw this here, and thought i had better get something to help maintain them. Easy to use, and aids sound clearer in the morning. I dont think it’s a placebo effect, they genuinely do sound clearer. Minor criticism is the instructions. They are written in he smallest print, and not at all clear why you use the 2 different temperatures. Also instructions say led’s flash three times. No they dont, it’s all 3 leds flash ONCE. But hey, minors issue. It seems to work, to keep aids in good fettle.

Update. My box developed an issue I contacted customer service and they sorted it out right away. I would definitely buy from again. Customer service is top notch I can’t thank you enough.I used to use a drying pot that you had to put in the microwave to dry out. This box is great two temperature settings and an uv button to disinfect them as well I use this every night.

The hearing aid order is a great size and really effective. It easily fits 2 hearing aids in with room to spare and that includes the ones with the moulds.Delivey is quick and customer service is fantastic. I experienced an issue with the device after 3 months or so where it stopped working. It seemed to be an issue with the cable connecting the lid.I contacted the manufacturer via the link and they responded straight away. They arranged a replacement to be shipped from China. Incredibly this only took about 4 days. Excellent service.The replacement device works perfectly so really pleased.Highly recommend

I bought this hearing aid drying box in September 24 and it has already stopped working. It was great while it worked, now it’s just a useless lump of plastic.

I bought this on the recommendation of my audiologist and I am very pleased with its performance. It is very straightforward to use, which is good because the information leaflet is written in quirky English. Blue lights next to the buttons indicate it is working. If you keep the dryer next to the bed, bear in mind that you will have these lights shining in the darkness while you are sleeping. I particularly like the 5 minute UV sterilisation which should lower the risk of ear infections from the aids. Normally I only need to set the dryer for 2 hours at 40°c, but it is good to know that if needed I can select 8 hours or 50°c. There is plenty of room for bulky hearing aids, but my new ones are quite small so they fit easily inside with lots of space.
