Was sceptical at first but work's a treat. Had trouble with changing batteries twice a day but no problems since using the dryer 😀. Would definitely recommend this product 👍👍

Just arrived, tried all the functions, the little heat mat warmed up to around Body temperature in around 5 minutes. UV LED's come on only when the lid is closed, nice quality. So easy to use no instructions are necessary. Cycle the Dryer Button through the two Duration timers and Off, Temp toggles between 40 C and 50 C. UV lamp toggles between off and on. (So for comments about poor instructions seen here, there really is no hope for some people).

Worked really well

The hearing aid order is a great size and really effective. It easily fits 2 hearing aids in with room to spare and that includes the ones with the moulds. Delivey is quick and customer service is fantastic. I experienced an issue with the device after 3 months or so where it stopped working. It seemed to be an issue with the cable connecting the lid. I contacted the manufacturer via the link and they responded straight away. They arranged a replacement to be shipped from China. Incredibly this only took about 4 days. Excellent service. The replacement device works perfectly so really pleased. Highly recommend

I was advised to get one of these by my audiologist. It’s great I use it for other small items too.

Ideal for my hearing aids. I always choose the lower heat setting as this was advised. I also use the uv light setting twice giving 20 minutes of sterilisation. Always wipe my aids first before putting in the unit. I use a usb plug when in use and unplug after. I use regularly. Ideal size for travel too.

Why are the instructions so totally inadequate ? Other purchasers have mentioned this problem , but nothing happens . I have not used this device yet for that reason . No mention of whether one should leave batteries in hearing aids either. I’m hoping that leaving one star for this device will encourage the manufacturers to include ADEQUATE INSTRUCTIONS I must read through the reviews and try to glean some information from other purchasers. If you use hearing aids - especially the wired, in-ear speaker models - this device is an essential purchase, because it deals with units that temporarily fail due to moisture build-up. Not only that, TKing offer great customer service back-up. My first unit developed a fault two months out of warranty, where the controller in the lid would lose connection with the base. After sending an email to TKing they replaced the unit without questioning. I was so happy I bought a second unit!

Prior to setting up and using an almost identical hearing aid dryer, I decided to take it to the audiologist for approval and advice. This is essentially a 3-in-1 device that can dry, sterilize, and store hearing aids. After the hearing aid checkup, I started asking questions about this type of dryer. FYI, they do sell these dryers where we purchase hearing aid batteries. The audiologist highly approves of this type of advice and made recommendations. For us, she wanted us to sterilize the hearing aids on a daily basis. She verbally went over how to run this machine, but operation is fairly intuitive. I put the hearing aids in the box, pressed the UV sterilizer button and busied myself with other chores. This is a simple five-minute process. The unit doesn’t seem to hold a charge for a long time so I plugged it into my AC charger (not included) to use it directly. The box itself is very solid and there are three self-explanatory buttons on the top: Dryer, Temp, and UV. There are directions, but they could be improved upon. One thing I would have liked would be a latch that would have kept the cover closed tight. Not important, but just a thought. This is a decent box, one that was audiologist recommended. Cleaned the hearing aid well, killing off the infections. Great product

Se hai degli apparecchi acustici ne hai bisogno. Riduce l umidità che si potrebbe accumulare e sterilizza. Dopo un po' di tempo posso dire che fa il suo lavoro davvero bene. Consigliato
