Strength builder
Having always been keen on improving my climbing skills, I found this finger strengthener to be quite the useful addition to my training regimen. The double-sided, non-slip design ensures a secure grip, allowing me to focus on building strength and endurance. It's portable, so I can easily take it with me to the gym or use it at home. I've noticed a significant improvement in my pull-up grip strength and overall climbing performance. A word of advice: start with a moderate intensity and gradually increase it to avoid straining your fingers. Happy climbing!

Good variety of different grips/holes for training grip
Whether you're an avid climber who wants to up your game, or a total newbie who wants to get to grips (get it?...) with the mechanics, feel and finger/grip strength before doing the real deal, then these pull up fingerboards/grip accessories/handle attachments are super quick and easy to install and remove, feel comfortable while using, and don't break the bank. Each grip/fingerboard weighs roughly 300g and can support up to a claimed 300kg/661lbs; there are 1, 2, 3 and 4-finger holes/grips, with the 3/4-finger grips having depths of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, all in all giving you a good variety of different grips to practise and train all via these portable and lightweight attachments.

Reasonable Quality
These climbing rings are perfect for finger training practicing your finger grips I am an indoor wall climber,The hangboard is made of solid wood with four depth pockets with scales of 10, 15, 20, and 25 mm. It also has different types of finger holes such as 1-finger holes, 2-finger holes, 3-finger holes and 4-finger holes. They weigh around 290g and comes with a rope I found I had to drill the holes in order to get the rope to fit through not a good start.I like that they are portable and you can hang them from a beam in the garage.Overall I think, this product is a great concept. At the price of £39.99 I think it is just say reasonable given the functionality and quality with a little more effort in the construction ( holes being the right size for the rope) they could be top notch. Overall I would recommend to other climbing friends as I do feel the benefit from using them.

Lots of options and strong
Getting back into climbing, I wanted something for training at home. They are strong and a nice material. There are multiple options to progress through and train using. They're small enough to put in my gym bag and use during workouts too.If you want to improve your grip strength for climbing or in general, these are a great buy

Great little things for training
These finger boards are brilliant for the price. I have a £70 beastmaker and they definitely are pretty much identical in what they do.Yes, with these you tend to swing a bit but that can surely only improve your training as nobody climbs like a stationary robot. All in all great value for money.

5/5 starts, would recommend!
These are a fantastic idea! I'm an avid climber and have often toyed with the idea of getting a fingerboard but have nowhere to hang it.These, however, can be strung from nearly anything with a space for the rope and enough strength to support it.So far, I’ve hung them from my door-lintel pull-up bar and a sturdy wooden gazebo. I’ve used a couple of ways of tying them, and each is easy to tie, they don't undo when hanging, yet untie easily when finished. I haven’t attempted to measure the depths of the finger holds and don’t really care if they’re precise; as they’re different enough to be useful. Also, I’ve had a look at a couple other reviews and have no idea what other why some people are mentioning about drilling holes for the rope, if you look at the product pictures you can see it showing the rope goes inside the frame where the notches are.As for some comments about the wood being unfinished or dented, my pair are perfect; smooth, well finished and sturdy.I can see these being in good condition for years. Brilliant!

Interesting bit of kit
It's been a pleasure getting to review these climbing rings, I am not a climber so normally wouldn't come across something like this.In the box you get two climbing rings and two lengths of rope (the carabiners in the picture are mine)The quality of the rings is very good, they're well made and smooth, no rough edges or splintering. In use (I'm not great with knots) I tied both ends to a carabiner to make them easy to put up and take down and had no problems with them slipping. I obviously went for the beginner holes and found I could use them ok, hopefully I can get some progression with them. Both rings and rope took my weight without problem, I weigh around 100kg (the blurb says they can take 300kg)This is a great bit of kit and I can't wait to get back out and start progressing.
