Signature Chef 8" Damascus Steel Chef Knife with Wood Display Box

Beautiful knife that handles great and slices through Ham, Onions, Peppers and other foods like a hot knife through butter. My wife wishes I had bought this for her so I guess I'll have to share... At least until the matching 7" Santoku arrives.

I've purchased this knife as well as the Signature Chef Santoku knives in both 7 and 5 inch sizes. All are excellent! They excel in both out of the box sharpness and edge retention. I have Wustoff and Henckel knives as well as many Japanese and other knives and the Signature Chef are equal or better. The Chef knife also includes a wooden box. I paid far less when Amazon supplied the knife rather than associated sellers, but even at $55. you can't go wrong. This is an excellent product!
