Exceedingly Versatile
If I had to choose one piece of cookware this would be it. Stir fry, pan fry, deep fry, boil, and steam this will do it all and then some. The only drawback is the weight. It would be very good for building arm strength when handling from the handle with one hand (especially when rotating, etc.). Construction seems to be top notch and I’ve used this numerous times (ca. 100+) with no development of imperfections in the coating or staining issues. If you don’t have one of these and you like to cook you need to get one asap.

My first flat bottom, non-stick wok
I have always had hammered, carbon, round bottomed woks. This is my first flat bottom, non-stick wok and I really like it. It does get a little getting used to going in this direction, as I am sure it would take adjustment going from flat bottom to regular wok. This one is heavy, so the helper handle really helps. It is nice, not having to balance the wok of the stove grates. It takes longer to heat up than the carbon woks, and the hot zone does not extend as far up the sides. This is where adjustment is needed. I can't get quite as hot a temperature in the wok, but it is an acceptable trade off. One thing which is odd to me is the residual heat. Using carbon steel woks, water in the wok gets evaporated quickly and sauces thicken faster than in this non-stick. If you have lots of veggies, they sweat out liquid late in the process, so you better be bone-dry before you start mixing the sauce. I cook stir-fry three or four nights a week and really do like this wok. My first few dishes were less than stellar, but after getting used to the differences, it cooks just fine now.

Pretty good product. Great for electric stove.
This wok is pretty good!! I cook with it several times a week and love it. It cleans easy, is easy to use on a flat electric range and is a great size for a couple people if needed.My one complaint is loose rivets holding the small handle on. There is no way to fix it. It doesn't prevent the handle from functioning but I suspect mine has a defect (unless this is for some unknown reason part of the design) causing the small handle to wiggle loosely.Overall, seems like a good buy after a few weeks of use.

Coating peels off
One thing about it is that the flat bottom isn't "perfectly" flat....so not so bad that it wobbles. But I have an electric stove and without good contact surface, the wok doesnt get as hot as it could be.Also, after using it for only 2 months, the coating peeled off! And not just a small amount of peel, but almost a SQUARE INCHES of the coating peeled off! That cannot be good for your food! I never used steel wool to wash it, always used soft sponge. I only used bamboo spatula with it too, never used metal spatula. I also own a different nonstick wok by Joyce Chen, and that one has no problem.

best non-stick wok
Before this one, I didn't expect a true non-stick wok at this price. So I'm surprised how good it works, and how easy to clean it. it's a bit heavy, but I'm more than happy to give it 5 stars.

I grew up with woks and this one is exceptional
I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because the front handle is wobbly but the pan handle is solid so it's a great pan. Definitely keeps the oil requirements down and works on electric. The upkeep is more involved than dishwasher safe woks but it's worth it.

10 years and still going.
I’ve had this wok for ten years and abused it in every way possible. I’ve dishwasher it, used metal, turned it on and forgot about it until the oil burned. Yes, I’m a terrible cook but I swear this is a great wok. You won’t be sorry. Today I was cooking scrambled eggs on it’s still slick surface and thought that I really should write a review. Definitely deserved.

the pan is very useful and it's genuiely stainless while I am cooking and washing it afterwards. Not bad with this price.
