I was SO skeptical of these. The brand seems cheesy and slightly cult-like in following, the designs are nice but the headbands themselves in the pictures just look... well, like headbands. Nothing to write home about, you know?I'm 100% sold. I have super thick, super coarse hair. Bobby pins only go so far, and I need a million to pull the front back, because otherwise they pop out. Not to mention that I get migraines and have a SUPER sensitive scalp--we're talking screaming if someone tried to brush my hair as a kid, folks--and overall and super, super neurotic about a) what goes in my hair and b) texture of any type.**I can wear these with a migraine**. No joke. Loosest setting, they look great, still keep my hair back and tidy, and don't strain my poor scalp at all. When I've got a migraine, or if my hair has been up in one way for too long, I end up with horribly painful parts of my scalp. These 100% don't bother them at all.Seriously, cannot recommend these enough.

Seriously, I very, very rarely write reviews (although I rely on them myself). So this is in the hope of helping someone else. I recently cut horrible ShOrT bangs on mySELF, by MYSELF and I'm no hairdresser (visualize the horror!).. I other wise have long hair and haven't cut it in a long time aside from my usual trims. Needless to say I was in search of some sort of remedy/miracle!I'm so thankful I found these!! Didn't expect them to be this comfortable. I can put in on (preferably the thicker ones for now since my bangs are so short) they don't slip and they are ADJUSTABLE! Such an awesome option and genius invention!Another reviewer mentioned how these don't give the usual headband-headache and she was totally accurate! I'm very sensitive to pressure from clips or headbands and I'm able to sleep in these!Plus they're cute and versatile.

I really wanted to like these. They are stylish, and I was turned onto them because they are half the price of the sweaty band brand. But they are not nearly as good as I'd hoped. The adjustment seems like a good idea but in practice its a pain. You have to loosen it up to get it over your head as there is no elastic give. Then you have to tighten again and know how to do it without pulling your hair. And do it all over again when you take it off or it slips. And it slips. I've tried all three of these for several weeks, and in different conditions because I really really wanted them to work and I didn't want to judge them because I was using them wrong. But they just weren't easy, comfortable, or effective in any of my test runs. They look stylish, but are quite stiff. I'm bummed to write this review, and I'm bummed to spend more for the competition, but at least those work.

These headbands are really nice because they're adjustable. I've never seen adjustable headbands before; these work the same as a bra strap. I like to wear it looser because I get migraines. I think the only issues I have are that I would like more solid colors so that I can match it with more and maybe a set without glitter: I work in a business casual environment AND I'm the youngest so I can't get away with glitter headbands haha but it's OK on the weekends. I would prefer a more muted set for professionals/older women. It's not SUPER high quality, like the fabric isn't the best but I think it's worth it for the price, especially because it's adjustable and you get a 5 pack. I'm trying to grow out a pixie cut over here (yikes) so these will definitely come in handy. They also stay all day and don't slide around, I didn't have to keep pushing it forward in the back. You can also wear these with glasses (weee!), where you can't with traditional headbands unless you want divets and pain on your head. Overall, I recommend!

My search for the PERFECT headband is finally over after 25ish years.These are even more comfortable then Pink Pewter.Finding even a generic good fitting headband to do what they are intended to do was impossible. I stumbled across these from Amazon and when I saw adjustable I was sold. They are comfortable, stay where you place them, a dream of a headband, after so many years of trying to find something that would work for me.I am not a child.I ordered 2 and put on immediately, too good to be true. I ordered 3 more today. Thank you Hipsy and Amazing Amazon!

Initially I was a bit disappointed. The decoated parts of headband was not fabric as I expected and the flower print had a large hips logo printed on the side. However I did find that the adjustability does make them super comfortable. There were two in my pack that are glued on sequence or a large glitter that from the picture I thought was jewels. I am 40 yr old female, so these I felt were not really age appropriate for me! But on the smallest adjustment they fit my 5yr old (with a large head) and she loves them. The others seem to be some type of printed plastic with a matte finish. When wearing, they do look like a fabric though. I was slightly disappointed that I didn't get exactly what I expected, however they seem well made and they are extremely comfortable for the price I would consider myself satisfied.

These headbands are interesting. They're sturdy, pretty, and adjustable, but they're not super simple to use. I have to put them on my head and then adjust them because the leather makes them impossible to put over your head unless they're completely loosened - especially if you're trying to put them over a bun or other hairstyle. Then I have to adjust them while they're already on my head and I've not been able to get them tight enough yet to keep them from slipping off an hour later. So these aren't the best no slip headbands I've used - maybe not even 2nd best - but they're pretty and work mostly.
