Very effective food supplement, youth drink, keeps me running all day, and my blood test is In superb condition highly recommended I have been taking it for a year now

This is a different brand to my usual as my usual was having supply issues so I've only just started taking these do unsure if they are the same quality yet.

But early to say but so far I do think they are making a difference

I started to use this product alongside multivitamins and vitamin d, I work 12 hour shifts doing manual labour and I now come home every night with plenty of energy still in the tank, which obviously helps lift mood as well, Highly recommend.

Capsules are easy to swallow. Only been taking for a few weeks so will wait to see if there are any tangible benefits. The only downside is that I was told 1000mg is the optimal dose. But you only get 500mg for 2 capsules. Maybe 500mg is perfectly correct. Do your own research and follow the recommendations.

My son advised me to try this supplement as it has been heavily researched and the findings have been proven. You cannot reverse ageing but you can stop it or slow it down dramatically with this supplement. Definitely worth the money!
