Horseway Walnut Napoleon Style Mantel Clock

The clock face is crooked - noticed it immediately. One of the screws for the feet split the wood. There's a crack where the upright meets the base and the varnish didn't fill the gap. There's also a milling error on the upright. It looks and feels like it's made of plastic- but it's wood with a meh finish. The metallic-plastic rim of the insert is also more gold than it looks in the pic. Low quality. Ten years ago, I would've expected this thing to cost me $15. Even adjusting for inflation, it's overpriced.I'll try and fix it up, but I'm not pleased with it.

Es bastante grande y se ve muy bien las agujas. Devolví otro porque se reflejaba mucho el cristal y las agujas eran demasiado finas y no se distinguian. Da un aire antiguo que queda bien.

When this clock arrived I was disappointed as it was damaged so I sent it back and reordered, when the 2nd clock arrived with similar quality control issues I decided to look elsewhere. The clock was very attractive it’s a shame that the quality in its manufacturing let it down.

You can see the glue where the wood is joined. It looks cheaper than its value.
