How strong are the carabiners? Can they hold the whole 360Lb of resistance without bending/breaking?

YES, I put two together for my workout. They give me excellent resistance to the upper and lower body. The handles are great as well.

Is the quality similar to the Bodylastics bands ?

I am not familiar with the brand you are asking about, but I have been very pleased with these. They are well made, easy to change out, feels safe when using. Very happy with my purchase. Hope that helps.

I ordered torro bands; they never came so i had to get a refund. these look similar. has anyone used both? how do they compare in quality?
