What do you polish the silverware with? After hand washing them they are now left with water marks that I cannot get off.

hi, you can wash manually with soft towel and mild dish detergent.Then dried them off with a dry soft towel or let them air dry. Water marks will not exist.

What is the length of the pieces?

Can this flatware set be engraved?

I doubt since the gold is just a plant not metal
