I’ll be brutally honest. When I ordered this chair to be a stop gap after my last office chair fell apart I wasn’t expecting much at all but I have to say that this chair is incredibly comfortable. It supports me just where I need it to and I can sit in it for hours without any back or neck twinges. It is a stop gap no more and will remain my chair for quite some time to come.

First of all the chair is really comfortable, sturdy and feels great to when sitting in it, However to anyone thinking of buying this chair I must warn you, this thing was extremely stressful to set up as the back kept on popping out of place and wouldn't stay put took us a long long time to get this thing together so good luck to ya, But once the chair was up it was amazing, Looks great too definitely is worth the price.

It's an amazing chair. They had this in my workplace and as soon as I sat in it I ordered one for my home office.

This seems like a good chair, but it came badly packed and as I assembled it, it was clear that this had been assembled before - the screw holes had scratches and there were marks on the chair. I think I got a chair that had been returned.

I don't normally write any reviews on products I buy but felt I must warn you if you are considering buying one these chairs.1. difficulty to assemble. it's was almost impossible to back properly. The lumber support keeps popping out during the assembly. I was putting the product together on my own. I feel this a 2 person job!2. the lumber support is not adjustable and it will take getting used to.3. the seat itself. There is no much of it as the lumber support takes over a good portion of the seating area. I find that the front of the seat is missing some cushion support. the metal frame of the seat digs into my thigh and is most uncomfortable!!not sure how long I will have this chair for but it won't be long before I find a replacement.

Bought in August, broken by May the next year. Chair leans and wobbles, so if you want a non ergonomic chair and back ache... this is for you.No option to return either, maybe I shouldn't be surprised by that now. Buy cheap, buy twice, we live and learn!

This is a fab fab chair, better than Hbada! I have a bad back and need more support and this chair has really helped me with my back issues. The moving arm rests enable you to push the chair up against your desk nice and neatly.But the one thing that caused me the most agro is THE INSTRUCTIONS!!Item comes with a QR code that takes you to a video, the video you SHOULD USE to put this item together. The paper instructions are rubbish! Following the paper ones I had to put the chair together a totally different way which meant it never worked and I had to start all over again, twice!Use the video. It’s much better and easier to understand.Why you would create two separate instruction methods for one chair I have a clue.But don’t make the same mistake as me!
