Chain was cheap looking and the medical alert tag was extremely flimsy and it’s not comfortable to wear

Excellent ID Tag
I got this fetching dog tag for my mother who has Alzheimer's. It identifies her disease and contains phone numbers in case she gets separated from us.I am hoping it will clarify to uneducated strangers why she says odd things.

excellent & lightweight
Have 6 of them various data but do need a little trinket or they stick together; buy a little ornament to keep separate but ok if 2 stick together if only one side used...very well made apart from fact they do stick together well done and I owned silver ones where writing fades off...not so with these...fact of different colors a plus...light weight but for issue they should work on that one glues itself by gravity to the other...so do not have writing on both sides, and let 2 stick together and separate from next 2 by a small trinket...these are best i owned but for that fact...worth the trouble...they need some little ridge built onto them to stop one from sticking to a second one...but perhaps people only wear one...I sear several lots of medical and contact data...very nice product

Mom is safe!!
ordered these for my mom who has Alzheimer's. i feel better knowing she's got something on her that doesn't require wifi, batteries, or charging, since she is not capable of that. I look forward to attaching it to her key chain and any other items she might take with her when she is moving around. Heavy duty and writing is clear for everyone to see,

Precision etching makes this ID perfect.
I needed a new dog tag because some of the info on my old one was out-of-date. This product allowed me to add additional data and I am confident that should I need emergency care, it will be clear to the providers what kinds of conditions I have and who they should contact.
