**Q: I've got eds-ht and my shoulders are super lax. at the recommendation of my physical therapist, i'm looking for a brace that i could wear fairly frequently (as it flares up) although not constantly. would this brace be appropriate for that?**
A: I have EDS as well, and have been wearing this after a shoulder dislocation. It has been very helpful, and is easily worn.

**Q: Any idea width dimensions or body measurements that this wii fit? Is it adjustable?**
A: It is adjustable. It fits me and I’m 5’10 190lbs just fine.

**Q: Can i use it while backpacking/hiking**
A: Yes. That would not be a problem. I would give you mine if you lived in the Manassas, VA area.

**Q: Can I wear it during a workout?**
A: The strap tightens with Velcro, during physical exertion the Velcro strap does come loose.
