Although some parts are flimsy looking, it works great! Now i can wash my little dogs in the utility room sink. Easy to install in minutes

The item came in and included an adapter. However, the it does not fit my laundry room basin spigot. I reached out to the company who just kept telling me that it should fit. It doesn't, so I can't use it. I guess it doesn't fit EVERY STYLE. A waste of my money. I just had our contractor look at it, he says it European (I am in America) and he can't figure out how to install it either.

Received early December 2022 and it started going bad around March-April 2023. Worked great for a while but then there was a small pin hole sized leak which wasn’t too bad and only when the handheld part was switched on. This past weak that pin hole sized leak turned into spraying everywhere meaning I can no longer use this item. Not bad considering I was able to use for quite a few months but this was meant to be used as a permanent option.

We love it, it's so cute but very helpful. We love the design that it's not occupying so much space and easy to use. We attach it to our sink and use as shower spray.

My kitchen faucet is ancient and one of these days I'll brave going under it to change it out but until then I'll use this hose attachment.It's really not bad it's made washing large pots and pans much easier.The thing I don't like is the hose holder thing. It looks like a metal plate to be screwed into the wall but it's actually just a sticker. I have a textured wall behind the sink, a sticker will not work. Also it seems like it would be awkward to stretch the hose all the way back to the wall. I just put a hook up under the cupboard and stretch the hose up instead. It's still awkward but better.I keep forgetting to turn the hose off so I get a nice spray in the face but I'll get used to eventually.The sprayer doesn't handle a lot of water pressure so it does leak a little if you use the off button on it but it's not a big deal, just turn the water off.In my pics I've got a different spigot than what came with the product. I chose to use my old one because I just like it. Nothing was wrong with the new one.Overall it's a good product, easy to install and convenient.

For starters, don't bother looking for the installation instructions.... there aren't any. But after playing around with it and finding that the faucet in my disabled daughter's sink has a male thread, as did the sink faucet adapter, I found that I could remove the male threaded portion by unscrewing the knurled part of the sink faucet adapter, leaving me with female threads! After that, installation was a snap. There were no leaks and about the only product improvement I would suggest is a positive way to mark the sprayer switch on the sprayer body as ON or OFF so that you don't suddenly get soaked if you turn the faucet switch on when the sprayer switch is in it's bracket and is set to ON. Great Product!
