When I was looking for a jump rope, I was seeing some much more expensive than this one and was not interested in paying that much money despite the "ball bearings" and other features they bragged about... I mean I want a rope to jump over, it's not that big of a deal. Then I saw this one and it was reasonably priced even for a "rope to jump over". Now, after using it for about a week, I can say compared to the old fashion jump ropes(some literally just rope) that I used growing up, this one is much improved. The "ball bearings" do indeed make for a smoother rhythm and I am glad I went with this one. The actual "rope" part is sturdy and light weight, and being able to adjust the length is really cool and super easy(no need to rap the rope around your wrist to shorten like we used to). I certainly can't image the more expensive jump ropes offering anything that would make them "better" than what you get with this one and even if there is something "better" this is all you should ever need from a jump rope.

I use this jump rope for my cardio work out. This jump rope is smooth and it glides under your feet when you jump. It's well made and light weight. It's perfect for beginners and advanced levels of training. The price is right, so get it, you will be satisfied with your purchase.

For the price I thought it would be a cheap plastic jump rope. It ended up being good quality, easily adjustable, and the weight feels perfect

These work great for me. The bearings spin well and the weight of the grips is good. I've had them in use for about a year with no issues.

I’m 5’8” and this was the perfect jump rope for me. It is also adjustable but the best part is how soft/squishy the handles are.

Used it a few times already, very durable. Grip is great so far, I don't sweat much but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't slip if you do. Color is black and it's pretty lightweight and makes it easy to use and jump. I do recommend wearing shoes like they say because the wire is metal and it can hurt your toes if you miss a jump. But overall definitely recommend. Oh I'm 5'5 and I didn't have to adjust the length.

I bought this for my daughter who is 5'11 and is conditioning for basketball endurance. She finally has a long enough rope that goes over her head. It is nicely weighted so it doesn't twist and trip her up. The handles are foam for good grip and comfort. Good price too!
