Before I was getting them at least monthly. I take one before bed and I have no side effect from them. At certain times during the month my bladder may feel more sensitive so I take two tablets (one in the morning as well as in the evening). I really struggle taking tablets but I have no trouble at all taking these, the size is perfectly fine and the outer coating means they are easy to swallow with water.
