Does this support 420mm radiator mounted on the top?

This will NOT support 420mm radiator on top. It can support either 140mm or 280mm radiator on top if using 140mm fans. It can support either 120mm, 240mm or 360mm on top if using 120mm fans.

Can a gpu be horizontally mounted?

No, this case is designed to fit only the small horizonal expansion cards. A fullsize gpu can only fit vertically.

Tell me which computer case is better to buy hyte y60 or lian li li pc-o11 dynamic evo?

There both pretty similar the o11 is a little more versatile in that you can do air or water cooling. You really want to only do water cooling in the y60 as the design does not lend itself well to air cooling. The advantage of the y60 is that it comes with a pcie riser cable for vertically mounting the gpu, something lian li charges extra for. Both cases are about on par with water cooling, but after accessories, including extra fans, are purchased the o11 ends up costing about a hundred dollars more.

The best case I've ever owned.

I have owned many pc cases over 23 years. This tops them all. Temps are very well doable considering three glass panels. Specs Hyte Y60 Black AMD 5900x @4.8ghz G.skill Trident Z Neo 32GB XMP profile Gigabyte X570S Aorus Master Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce 240mm AIO 6 Gigabyte Aorus 120mm ARGB Fans 4 old Logisys Cold Cathode Red led strip. (They just don't die. Over 15 years of straight use) Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB 2 140mm UpHere Red LED fans (cooling the vid card) 2 120mm UpHere Red LED fans (bottom) OCZ AMD Radeon R7 250GB SSD (old but still rocking it) Samsung 980 Pro SSD 2TB NVMe Gen4 M.2 Corsair TX850 PSU I'm super impressed with how clean everything looks. Actually running cooler Temps and super easy to build. Not to mention cable management is more than enough space. Beats many cases in this department alone. Very spacious and easy to build in while also looking amazing, the included fans are pretty good too and the gpu wire thing (not sure the actual name) is so high quality it’s great. Comes packaged very well no damage when I revived it honestly the best case ove bought well worth the value.
