just got back from my trip to Europe. I was so happy to have this adapter with me . The last one was insufficient as it didn’t have enough ports to charge my devices . Theo device is made solid and supported the many different devices we needed for our trip . My devices charge led quicker than usual. Highly recommend.

The item works effectively and efficiently. I appreciate the additional USB A and C ports, which allows you to plug in many devices. Overall, the size is not too bulky given the functionality it provides.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We use this adapter in Africa. It worked absolutely great. We were able to plug in two phones, a laptop, and iPad and two watches. Worked absolutely perfect.

Well constructed. Efficiently compact adapter. Unfortunately, we were not able to insert our 2-prong US appliance plug because child protection slide would not move. We contacted the factory and they sent us another unit. After some experimenting, we discovered the US appliance plug could be inserted if it was wiggled up and down. So with a little extra effort and the newly learned technique, we can now routinely insert out US plugs. Nice adapter but lacks instructions for special insertion technique. We are accustomed to directly inserting the appliance plug into outlets; and the wiggling of the plug was not intuitive
