I was experiencing hip pain while sleeping on either side. This pillow what's a game changer. I'm now able to sleep through the night without pain.

My old knee pillow was getting a bit wore out and I really like the bone shaped knee pillow. It has a comfortable feel and seems to help my back.

It comes well packaged in a small box, and expands after you open it. This item is a small pillow that you can place between your knees. It should help align your spine while you sleep. However, it is very small, so I would recommend it for smaller people only, as it did not work well for my 6’4” husband. He used it 2X and got pain in his hip when he woke up both times. He started using a couch pillow instead.

This memory foam knee pillow has been a game-changer! I’m a side sleeper, and I used to wake up with hip and lower back pain, but this pillow has completely eliminated that discomfort. Best leg pillow! I bought a second one to use between my lower legs, so I use in between my thighs and then between my calves. Or if I want to lie on my back I put one under each leg. I love that they aren’t super bulky.

Returning. No support, the foam is way too thin. Would not recommend.
