A little more feather and a little less down than I would like. Not as comfy as a hotel pillow. Still rather comfortable. My biggest reason for the 3 stars is the noise it makes. The cover is thick and sounds like a diaper. Every time I move in my sleep the noise wakes me up. Bummed I paid so much.

I love the pillow, very comfy and it supports my neck and head with no caving in. The down feathers are perfect too. I have tried about 9 different pillows and this is the best.

Very soft. Great quality. We got the king size for back sleeping but use for side sleep. Not issues with feather poking out. Highly recommend.

Bought this after my wife had been complaining about neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks. After a couple days of researching comparing reviews I decided to go with this pillow and splurge on it (right under $100) finally received the pillow and was excited to give it time to expand and gets full size so that she could use it. Her neck pain definitely became less frequent but she has the same complaint that I noticed immediately with this pillow-It's extremely soft. It will depress and yet a little flat in the place you lay your head and some people might prefer a second (less expensive) similar pillow for support. It DOES however feel great and the duck down/pillow in pillow design is awesome. Great build quality.

I've had this pillow for 5 months. And it was working well until I started noticing a lot of really awful lumps forming. I opened up the cover to find that the stitching along the seams was stuck together in places and there were large holes where the feathers were coming out. This pillow has literally only been slept on, yet it looked like a wild animal tore it apart. The seams just seemed to descintigrate. I don't know if this is normal or I got a bad one, but I'm not sure I would buy another.
