I use this every day at work. It's great and easy to use.

It is a great pour over system. Yes, it all glass, but also solid. I use it everyday, along with my other coffee systems. I do the gooseneck pour over in the direction of the tornado. Stays cool to the touch and I use 92 degree C water because of the high altitude in Bogota, Colombia. Easy to clean, I use it with 1 of my 3 Brewista pots per day. I also appreciate the stand, because pulling the tornado before the last bitter drops this stand holds all of it. I am a big fan of Brewista products and plan to use them in my coffee shop.

It shattered almost immediately in my carry case that has padding so that was disappointing. It looks good. Just not very durable

Honestly love this little thing and I've purchased two, it's beautiful to look at and works great. My only complaint is that it juuuuust barely fits on wide mouth mugs. It's so precarious that I've accidentally tipped it off the mug before, spilling hot coffee grounds. I still love it though, just have to be extra careful when getting it set up so that it balances correctly.

I definitely thought it was going to be a usual pour over brewer, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised the quality is very good, its ease of use and ability to clean easily work towards its advantage. Overall with the right filter I would easily recommend this.
