This pet hair remover is just awesome! I only gave it 4 stars for "ease of use" as it doesn't come with instructions. I was so impressed with how well it worked that I sent one to my daughter-2 cats and one dog. She didn't know to press firmly and sweep back and forth across a flat surface, like a sofa cushion. She instead used it like a sticky lint roller-lightly drew it across the fabric in one stroke, lifted, stroked again. This won't work! Put some pressure on it, run it back and forth, then open the little door and prepare to be amazed at all the hair it picks up, even when you thought there wasn't that much. It comes with a little "crevice tool" which, I think, is supposed to get into the corners of sofa cushions, etc-again, no instructions for use-but I haven't figured out how to use it, so it's stuck away in a drawer. I use this a couple of times a week-I have two cats that should be bald from all the hair I've picked up, and it picks up dust from upholstered furniture, too. Very well worth the money.

This little roller does a great job! Being that 3 of my 4 pets all have long hair, I was looking for something reusable to get the pet hair off of the furniture. The “sticky” rollers do fine for small jobs but can get expensive when using for pet hair removal. That is where this handy dandy roller comes in. It does a superb job and gets all the hair up in seconds flat. It is super easy to clean too! Some of the hair stays attached to the roller part but I just use a fine tooth comb to get them out. Easy peasy! I gave it only 4 stars for “easy to use” because the handle could be a little longer. I hold it with my thumb on top and I keep popping open the little door that you use to clean it. It feels awkward to me to hold it without resting my thumb on top. I can overlook that, tho. Overall, a really great product!

Very easy to use and works pretty well. However, it is not that easy to clean out. Given that the nature of cat fur is thin and sticks to everything, if its bunched up then it’s easy to take out but the remaining straggles stick to the sides of the container or even get matted on the actual brush so a little annoying to clean out completely. But the extra tool it comes with does come in handy for that and getting corners of furniture! I would say this is definitely still worth the money and would recommend!

On the first use, it worked fine and picked up 95% of the fur. But, after multiple uses and cleaning it a lot, it stopped picking up most of the fur.I found another similar roller that worked wonders, easily.

I just had to buy this one because it appeared to be somewhere different than other models and that some engineering had got into it. After using it for a month, I can vouch that this is a superior model. It's VERY quiet when you pick up the animal hair by Rolling back-and-forth. It's easy to clean and easy to hold in your hand. It also comes with a nifty corner and edge clean. It's a bit smaller than some of the other ones I've seen, so it fits perfectly in my car. I can clean up dog hair much faster with this compared to use in a portable vacuum cleaner. It seems like somebody decided to build a better "mouse trap" when it comes to Rolling pet hair removers.Given it's pricing, I believe this is probably one of the best values for rolling pet hair removers out there.

This just clogs up and doesn’t roll at all. The extra tool doesn’t do it’s job either. It just smears the hair around. Would have returned it if it was opened in time

I have to admit, I am very impressed with the capabilities of this device! I was certainly skeptical when I opened the package, but I’ll never go back to the sticky rollers again. The Pinzpro has a fabric-covered roller that feels similar to the fabric you might find on the bottom of the upholstery cleaning attachment for your vacuum or a thinly carpeted welcome mat. The device is put together very well with high-quality plastic and metal screws. It’s important to note that the roller does not roll all the way around. It is designed to make 1/16th of a turn and then you slide it back. This works through static electricity, so you have to slide it back-and-forth quickly and repeatedly, creating a lot of friction and static. This technique lifts the pet hair out of the upholstery or fabric and locks it in the plastic chamber at the back of the device. To empty the chamber, you press the blue thumb tab on the grip. My photo on this review was from my dog’s bed, and only 10 quick swipes back-and-forth. The amount of fur from her dog bed with just 10 swipes leaves me very impressed with this device (and utterly disgusted about the amount of fur in her bed)!

This is a nice concept, but the static also electrifies your skin. When opening the disposal door, hair flies onto your hand, making a mess. The hairs actually fly out of the cleanup port. One way to overcome this is by taking off your shoes and socks and standing on the floor barefoot so you can let the electricity exit safely through your feet. Don't know if this is worthwhile when cleaning. The best part of this unit is the small crevice tool in the box. I'm apt to give this back, but I'll try again before making up my mind. I thought this would be the end of my dog hair problems, but caused other ones. Too bad!
