We absolutely love this set. My boys (roughly 2 and 4) watched road resurfacing recently and I wanted to get them a paver. This is the only "tiny car" sized one I could find, so I ended up getting two sets. These cars are similar to hot wheels/matchbox in terms of size, durability, quality, and price per car, but move (which may affect long-term durability, but also makes them really fun) and have a variety of actual real-world vehicles, instead of a billion weird race cars. I wish it had a roto mill - no toys of those, but my boys sure loved it, too. Still, both my kids play by loading "asphalt" into the dump truck with the front loader, then dumping it in the paver, using the steamroller behind, etc. My 2-year old doesn't do as well with the moving parts unfortunately, he sometimes pulls them off, so I would recommend it for 3 and up, depending on the kid (and how much they love pavers).

These are perfect for kids who like to play with moving parts. They are a good size and all the different trucks are realistic.

I got these for my son thinking he would just break them...he is a rough 4 year old boy...these are really nice tough construction toys...actually really nice quality...I would say they are hot wheel and matchbox equals is not a bit better because a couple do more action then the name brand...I highly recommend to get these...

My class and I decided to make a fun space on the playground for the kids who like to play in the dirt and drive their small metal cars- I wanted to find some "construction" vehicles because they are in high demand with the kids and I decided to buy some news ones and surprise them. These were great and the kids loved them. They are probably better and safer inside :) but for the value and amount of time they will be played with, cost and durability is expected.

I got these for use in playing Gaslands. They're a good size for it, and it's a lot of variety. They're slightly larger than Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars which is what I was looking for.

These aren't super high quality, but for the price, they are great! We used these as treats for our 4yo taking his medicine; and they did the trick! He was so excited to pick a new one each time, it was great.

So cute with lots of detail. Metal makes them more durable.
