Spurgehom 3 Panel Room Divider Folding Partition Privacy Screens

I'm using this divider to screen off a large piece of exercise equipment (climber) located in a multi-purpose room used for movie watching, etc. Each section takes approximately 10-15 minutes to assemble. Assembly is easy and can be done by one person. You will need a phillips screwdriver. The instructions are a one page pictorial but do a good job of explaining the process. The side tubes are in two pieces. The lower pieces (with screw shafts on the bottom for the feet) have a small button near the top. You simply hold that in and slide the upper tube over the lower tube and let the button snap into the hole on the upper tube to make the side tubes. Then, use the provided screws/spacers to attach one end of the cross tubes (top and bottom) to a side tube. Next, simply insert the unattached end of each cross tube into the sleeves on the top and bottom of the fabric panel and slide the panel-- a few inches at top and then a few inches at the bottom, etc., into place and secure the second side piece to the top and bottom cross tubes. For my use, on thick carpet, I chose not to attach the feet because they would stick out too far and pose a tripping/stubbing hazard. I use two panels in an L shape. I used some long twisty ties to secure one side tube to a handle on the exercise machine, and the other far end to an open side type bookcase. This makes the divider very stable and keeps it straight. Do know that the divider is two or three inches shorter without the feet. Also, the bare screws at the bottom would definitely scratch wood floors, etc. They might leave an indentation in carpet. If you choose not to use the feet, be very aware of your floor surface and perhaps use some tape or other protection. Overall, this divider is perfect for me. It looks good, its sturdy, and seems to be a good value.

My husband and I both work from home in a 2-bedroom apartment, and we bought this room divider to give our office spaces more privacy from the rest of the rooms that our desks are set up in. This also makes work webcam meetings a little less awkward, because these hide all the random junk in the background. :) We set these up with the concept that we would be moving them around and putting them against the wall when not in use, so each one is separate from the others rather than all of them being linked together. My husband made sure the legs weren't too tightly screwed in so we can adjust them, and they stay up and are stable. There's a bit of a skewed look to these because of how they're made (if you've ever tried to assemble a rectangular frame before, you will know what I mean), but they work together fine and the slight skew to their angle has no effect on the performance. The black fabric is very dark and opaque, nothing can be seen through them. When we have a guest over, we use these to section off areas of the living room for added privacy. For the price and for what they do, we are very happy with these! They look simple and are versatile for many uses.

The Spurgehom 3 Panel Room Divider does exactly what it’s supposed to do—provides quick and easy privacy in open spaces. I’m using it to section off part of a room in a small office, and it works well for visual separation without feeling bulky or heavy. It’s lightweight and folds up easily, which makes moving it around super convenient. The fabric panels look clean and professional, and the width is generous enough to block off a decent area. The black color blends nicely into most spaces without drawing too much attention. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s not the most stable. The legs don’t support it very well on carpet or uneven flooring, and it can wobble if it’s bumped. It’s great for light, occasional use, but probably not the best choice if you need something super sturdy or if it's going in a high-traffic area. Overall, a good value for what it is—portable, functional, and simple to set up. Just don’t expect commercial-grade durability.

The only problem I had with this product was the instructions for it. Even tho they were not so easy to follow; it wasn’t that hard to put it together IF you’re good with putting things together. I did it alone, and I’m a 57 yr old woman lol Other than that, this PRODUCT I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs it for a little privacy from a misery nosey neighbor. Plus, it makes for a great sun blocker too. It’s very easy to use and lightweight & sturdy!! Needless to say…. I LOOOOOVE IT & it LOOKS GREAT!! And, I would absolutely buy another one , if I had to. Many of their product images show this being used in a straight line. I use this in an L shape for recording, and I cannot image it being used in a straight line. Even with the stability of it being in a 'triangular' formation, it constantly leans. It is rather short as well. It is light weight but feels a bit cheap. I use this to move to the side when not in use - so setting it up is tedious especially with how it often leans and has no weight to keep it sturdy enough. This may be better suited to keep in one spot instead of moving it around occasionally.

So I only have one bedroom in my apartment and my office stuff is in there. I needed a way to separate my sleeping area from my work area and when I saw this, I thought it was perfect! It was pretty easy to put together and I like how they aren’t permanently attached to each other so I can move them around or take them apart when I need to. They aren’t see through so they are perfect when I need to do Zoom meetings. If you need to separate a room easily, this is definitely the way to go!

This room divider (I bought 2, and used 1 plus 2/3 of the second) worked perfect. Used it's to divide off the living room and dining room which serves as home office space. Blocks over 90+% of the light, as you can tell from the window on the right with the curtain wide open and barely want light visible through the divider. The panel connector covers make this all the more better, making the seems solid. Absolutely great for the price. Very easy and quick to assemble. Feet pivot so you can put it at whatever angle you need to.

First of all, there were no physical assembly instructions included. I followed the instructional video included on the product listing, but it lacked certain details like where the washers are to be added, so I had to make some educated guesses. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but having a second pair of hands would help on some parts, as suggested by the instructional video. Everything fit together well with no missing parts and no defects, although there were some extra parts. Once assembled, the screen is fairly sturdy for indoor use if you keep the feet rotated mostly perpendicular from the panels as needed. Each panel is essentially independent and only joined at each side by three plastic clips, so moving them around can be awkward and if the adjoining sides are rotated too far it can cause the plastic clips to pop off. The navy colored panels have a nice color to them and pair well with the black framing poles. The bottom of each panel has a clearance of about 3" from the floor and the panels extend up to about 69" from the floor. The side poles extend up a further 2" (71" from floor) and the decorative end caps extend a further 1" or so (72" from floor). Each panel is a little less that 34" wide from side pole to side pole, so three panels side by side is roughly 102". There is a small ¼" gap between the panels when stretched out, but the feet can be rotated to have the sides slightly overlap and eliminate this gap for better privacy.

Dudé un poco en hacer la compra por los comentarios de que era muy difícil de armar, pero identificando las piezas y siguiendo las imágenes del instructivo no hay ningún problema para armarlo, el tamaño es perfecto, lo estoy usando para separar una habitación y usarla de estudio en mi casa, se puede plegar y esto me da la facilidad de poder guardar todo en cuanto no lo necesite.

easy to erect and looks very smart as a temporary barrier for a pop up shop. very pleased with this item
