Incredible stuff!!!
This "rinse" has totally altered my routine, and my feelings on showering. I have always dreaded showering because I knew that once I got out, my hair would frizz sky-high, and my scalp would be drier than the Sahara. I tried showering every other day, but then my hair got wayyy to oily. My next idea was to not use shampoo every shower, but rinse with just water, and then use shampoo every third or fourth shower. That didn't work. I had terribly flat, heavy, oily hair and my scalp was sooo itchy.Randomly I see an ad for this, and I give it a shot. I'm sooo beyond pleased that I did. It removes and heavy, gross feeling oils, but makes my hair feel like the day after a shower. It's maliabe, stylable with product, and my scalp is not itchy anymore. I use it was every shower, and then use a Paul Mitchell deep cleanse shampoo once per month. I actually enjoy showering now, and I am just in love with the idea that I can style my hair immediately. Truly a great product, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for any alternative to a daily shampoo.

Legit - First Use
Long, thick hair always kept in a man bun, but I always hated how dry and frizzy my hair was so I would avoid showering as long as I could. I just tried Magic Mud last night for the first time and I was shocked and amazed how smooth and soft my hair was after. I had to use two handfuls to make sure all my hair was covered, but the results were exactly as described. It essentially feels like you are just putting in conditioner and rinsing out, but still feels clean after. I also purchased a wooden comb to ensure it was spread evenly and remove loose hairs. I let my hair dry in a bun which would normally mean I was super frizzy even pulled back, but not at all after using magic mud. It's just great and I'm glad I tried it. I will update after additional uses.

Great product but…
This is my new favorite shampoo, but the bottle I received was about half full… Definitely slightly disappointing due to the high price, but will continue to use.

Idk what product they use in the ads, but it isn’t this.
I struggle a lot with frizz and sometimes flakes, I kept getting ads for this with people that have the same thick wavy hair as me so I gave it a shot. For reference, I wash my hair every Mon, Wed, and Fri.It smells like a holister (which is fine but is worthy of note). The product feels like a very light conditioner, so you need to use a lot for it to reach your scalp and make you feel clean, and with the price per ounce of this, I can’t recommend. My hair felt less clean, less soft, more frizzy, and definitely more flaky than using my $7 2 in 1 head and shoulders.I will not be purchasing again, too good to be true.

I owe this brand this review. I haven’t used regular shampoo in 3 years.
This review is a long time coming. I’ve been buying this product direct from Modern Mammals for a few years and as an avid amazon user with their credit card.. i’m so happy it’s finally on amazon. This product changed my hair. Plain and simple. I’ve always had straight and fine hair. My barber tells me my hair is very thin but i have a super high volume of hair follicles and even at 28 my hair line is perfect. This has always inhibited the styles i could pull off, i’ve had to go for shorter looks as my straight red hair just looked goofy long. Switching to MM, i saw my hair change into this thick and wavy texture i’ve never seen. My barber asked what i changed. i grew my hair out longer on top and still get the sides faded and my girlfriend is obsessed. i used to use a lot of product to style my hair. no more. because it’s thick and wavy, i’m able to use only sea salt spray with a light hold and i’m good all day. buy it.to use it just take a quarter sized amount and spread it around your hands first and then coat your hair really well. i only do this every other day. when you travel, take a small travel bottle with you or just wash your hair with warm water like you do on your off days if you’ll only be gone 2-4 days. point being DO NOT use regular shampoo even once. you’ll see just how much MM does for you after that shower.worth noting. i’ve never had an issue with dandruff but in ohio winters i’ve felt my head be dry or itchy in the past. i never do anymore.yes it’s expensive. $30 seems crazy for shampoo but washing every other day and using so much less than you would a store brand, it’s similar value for money. a single bottle goes about 3 months id say. maybe longer.Thank you MODERN MAMMALS!
