Fits and Looks good
These are not the easiest to install. You will need glue and a staple gun with 1/4" staples. The cover require stretching and trimming to make them fit. You will also have to remove the door panels, disconnect the door switches, courtesy light and the door operating cables as well as some trim pieces to get the door switches out. It took some time so do not start this job until you have a couple hours of free time. The door panel has 4 screws and 1 plastic push pin holding it on that have to be removed. All of the screws except one is hidden under trim pieces and the door panel switches. However it looks nice when done.

be prepared to disassemble the door card, but itโs doable and looks nice
I installed this on a 2013 Toyota Avalon. The shape is exactly as you would need however, when you begin to disassemble the door card, you will notice that there are plastic rivets that do not come apart without breaking. I was able to insert this fairly well with a tool included and use a staple gun to fix the material pretty well. Overall, it ended up looking fine.

Challenging but worth it.
Tough to fit but once you figure the process out they look fine. Looks nearly new.

Good color match
havenโt tried to put them on yet, but they are the right color and it seems to be a good material. Itโs just gonna be a lot of work to get them on. You have to take your whole panel off.

Budget friendly replacement for our 2014 Avalon hand rests
You most definitely need to watch a YouTube video to do this properly. It takes time and patience but it did nicely replace my sonโs handsets.

Decent Quality, but...
The replacement cover does appear to be good quality. However in my case (2017 Avalon) the dark grey cover was not an exact match. But it's for a door armrest, so I'm not all that upset about it; at least not to the extent I'm with Toyota. As others have said, installing the cover is a bit tedious. I expected the new cover to be pretty much an exact fit, but trimming is definitely required. It took me several passes to remove excess material to get a good fit. Maybe I was overly cautious but I didn't want to risk removing to much material. I used Dap Rapid Fuse super glue. It was very effective at providing a quick (and strong) bond between the leather cover and the plastic base. However, I strongly recommend due caution with the glue. Use it sparingly!!! Overall, the job came out okay. Not perfect, but a mark improvement nonetheless.
