Q: Since this is a refurbished tv, have any of those who have bought the tv noticed any cosmetic or internal damage? Even damage or wear out of the pictu

So far the has no picture issues but just like the other one same model and size , any time you turn in the tv you have number diff issues you have to deal with Picture moves in a very slow speed or picture freezes Or you get nothing . Like the other one no setting shows up but to get any picture you gave to re set your reviver . I never had that issued with my older tv that is to be replaced by this new purchases in the past few weeks from Amazon . It seems the soft were Is defective. Samsung should recall this model and Amazon and other should stop selling this model . I’m giving it a chance a few days to see how is going to perform . Many other reviews have been having same or similar issues with this model . This one is giving me nothing but hard time .

Q: would this TV need the addition of a sound bar?

I bought two of these TVs and added a sound bar to one. I wear hearing aids and found the one with a sound bar was much more satisfying. The one without is ok without, I can certainly hear it but prefer the one with a sound bar!
