Pros: super easy to install. I did it myself in less than an hour, and I have no prior experience with any kind of treadmill. It's very sturdy - my dog is a 120ish pound Cane Corso and I don't notice any flexing/bowing/instability while she's on it. The app is user friendly and easy to understand - that said, I don't use it yet because we're still in the conditioning phase, so all eyes are on my dog while she's on it.Cons: aligning the belt is not as easy as the instructions make it seem. It took a significant amount of trial and error to get it right. It is probably an easy process for somebody who's been exposed to these things before, but as rookies, my wife and I both were kinda scratching our heads on why small adjustments seemed to throw the track way off to one side. That said, the biggest con is that the instructions don't state anywhere that the red emergency key is necessary for operation. Again, I have no experience with treadmills, so I didn't know this was a thing until their CS responded to my email. A quick note in the manual about the emergency key would've saved me a lot of wasted "troubleshooting" time.

The app does not work. Can you press the button it’ll send it to the speed of 10 in no time you have no control over the thing with the app. And if your phone goes to sleep, so it is the app and if you start it over the whole thing starts over it’s a piece of junk. The treadmill is OK. Be careful because it gets hot after about 20 or 30 minutes, the belt is hot on their feet. The monitor on mine already quit working so I have to look at the app for the speed and adjust it on the monitor. I can use the up-and-down buttons but I can’t see anything on the screen. But I can’t use the up-and-down buttons on the app because you press the up button it never quits going up. Needs a lot of improvement. I would not recommend it for daily walking only using it because it’s too hot to walk outside right now. Save your money or look elsewhere.

The assembly instructions need improvement but beyond that this is a sturdy and durable machine. After a few days of getting use to it both of my dogs now look forward to their treadmill run. With the heavy summer and fall rain this year this treadmill was an excellent investment in my dogs well being and sanity. The app is easy to install and use on your phone and so much more convenient than adjusting the treadmill speed manually. Currently there’s also 3 preset 30 min programs (Easy, Interval, Competitive) that my dogs enjoy. I’m hoping they will add more in the future. I highly recommend this treadmill to supplement your dogs exercise during bad weather or when you’re sick or don’t have the time walk them. Great purchase!

Seems to be sturdy and well made. Directions leave out many important steps. Recommend looking up YouTube videos for set up. Even then, there were things I had to figure out from pictures online.My main beef (and hence the 3 stars) is that it is advertised as easily collapsible for storage. Yes, the treadmill folds in half, but the archway and the control panel are screwed on and stick out off the treadmill. They are no quick release for storage. After an hour of web searching and YouTube videos, I cannot find anything that tells me otherwise. This basically means that we will need to leave it open and out instead of folding up and putting up after use.

The media could not be loaded. Best purchase that we did for our Doberman so far. It took him a week to get used to it. Started with just standing on it and then slowly progressed. Today he can pace on his own without treats or supervision. He is pacing as I’m writing this review.The only issue it’s much bigger than I expected it to be. Not easy to move around.If you need to stimulate your dog, purchase it and put some time to train your dog. It will pay off.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my bulldogs. Living in Minnesota it’s extremely cold in the winter. So instead of walking my dogs outside. I put them on the treadmill daily.All of them love walking on it. I also like that you can incline the deck a little. I would highly recommend this product. The only issue is it is a little long and it’s not very easy to golf it up after. Too bad that the engineers can’t figure out a way that you could just hit a button and it would fold up immediately. Instead of the way it is currently. It’s takes to long to fold and unfold.

The media could not be loaded. The treadmill is good at being a treadmill. It’s not good at being smart. The app is clunky and using it manually is much more friendly. If your phone goes to sleep the app stops talking to the machine. I feel like this is bad design, the phone should just send the training program and it should be able to go offline after that. Starting the same training program that’s also loaded by default in the treadmill, but starting from the app means that if your phone goes to sleep it will stop contacting the treadmill and speeds won’t change. Until you unlock your phone and it sends everything again.I just bought this one because it was faster than waiting for the previous model but I believe this is a trying to but failing to be smart treadmill. I would have preferred intelligent sensors that help me with tensing the running belt instead of the joke of an app these people have.Durability is great. Assembly is hell. It’s not easy to assemble. And even though it’s foldable I don’t think I will be folding this very often. It’s so bulky that it might not even be worth the hassle. It’s not a simple fold
