very supportive
Easy to put on, and can be adjusted for personal comfort. I bought one for each wrist, and usually only wear at night, but if wrists are painful when on computer, I'll pop them on. I find them really helpful.

Support for wrist arthritis
Better for me than the NHS ones as l can move my fingers more easily and don't get pins and needles but it still supports my wrist.

Good support and very comfortable
