So adjustable leather ratchet belts are kinda big right now...and I have bought a few. They never last; the leather frays. For some reason, nobody seems to want to make them with good leather. This led me to look for alternatives.I haven't owned this belt for long, but it appears to be much more durable. It is not leather, but the nylon belt is extremely thick and very high quality. I tried a similar belt from Nike, but this one is a lot better, far heavier, and a much better design (the Nike belt buckle actually tends to fall off when you undo the belt).The buckle is extremely heavy and well made as well, and it looks great.One important note: Be sure to notice that you are ordering the belt by length. It is best to order the belt size you need. If it's too short, it won't work at all...if it is too long, you will have a lot of extra belt. You can cut it down to size, but it looks like it would be a lot of trouble.

Ordered this belt because the price and the description. Said it would be comfortable but sturdy enough for everyday use for work & as a tactical belt. To me that meant would be great for concealed carry everyday and would be comfortable. Well the description was almost exact! I've owned this belt now for a few months and do use it everyday and for concealed carry as well. The blet has held up great looks as new as the day i started using it. And the design is easy to use and adjust. I have a couple belts and named brands which are as sturdy and comfortable but the difference was how easy to adjust this buckle is. its super quick to take off and or make quick adjustments. Also this belt feels very sturdy but it stretches which makes it very comfortable. You would think that little stretch/play in the belt doesn't help but it does and which makes me use it a lot more than my more expensive name brand belts. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars was the tip of the belt was a little roughly finished. And that tip kept scratching my side every now and then. But i fixed it myself by trimming it and re burning that end/tip so it was smoother. Not a deal breaker but would of been nice if out of the box it was already smooth. Other than that great buy great price... very functional and everyday useable belt!

I cannot stress enough how much I love this belt. I am, for better or worse, extremely used to belt shopping, and have used over 10 different brands of adjustable belts similar to this...And not a single other one measured up to this one. It's by far the easiest to adjust, the easiest to remove and put on, one of the most comfortable I've ever used, and its construction is very sturdy and hasn't shown any wear after daily use for the past 3 months. I cannot recommend this belt enough, seriously.

I've bought belts because they kept breaking on me. I even had another belt like this but the buckle was plastic so it broke. I even have two rivet belts but they seem to lose retention and get lose. This belt seems to be holding up well. I'd recommend you give it a try if you keep breaking cheap leather belts or rivet belts.

My children got this for their Dad for his birthday and he loves it. It is a bit stretchy, so when he bends down at work it doesn't pinch anywhere, but it is still strong enough to hold his pistol holster without any flopping around.They picked this one because it has a bull on the buckle and their dad is a Taurus. But it turned out to be a very sturdy belt the buckle is secure, the stretch is nice but slight, and the material is very good quality.

Hubby likes this belt. He normally doesn't like belts with stretch in them, since they lose elasticity and stretch out, which makes the belt unusable. He says this belt and hardware are well made and comfortable, but the keeper could use a better material. He has to use for awhile to see how durable it is. He recommends this belt!

So far this belt has been great. Holds in place well. Unlike my adjustable nylon belt from Duluth, which frayed after multiple uses from sliding in and out of the clip, so far this has had no problem. Does not slip once it has been closed. Easy to adjust and tighten if you don't like the first position set. I carry my phone and a sheath knife and have had no problems at all. I've had this for a week or 2 I think and have worn it every day. I like this belt. Nice enough to wear to work as a salesman (you don't really notice the emblem on it) or out and about in the woods fishing, etc.
