This is really cute and makes perfect pasta and steamed dumplings. I love that I can eat the pasta out of the bottom "bowl" and it cleans up easily and quickly.

This is an adorable pasta cooker. It has a bottom dish, a strainer pan and a lid. I have an older version without a lid and bought this so I could have that. Makes cooking noodles in the microwave so much easier. I’m happy to have gotten this.

I am a wheelchair user and anything that simplifies cooking activities is a blessing. Sometimes noodles can feel like such a hassle even if it’s basically a waiting game and this makes everything easier.Although I do not use it for eating out of I have used it multiple times for ramen, angel hair, penne pasta, macaroni and cheese pasta, spaghetti, and more.I have also used the clear plastic bowl as an ad hoc mixing bowl once or twice after dumping out the water. But the main plus is it make draining noodles no longer a hassle or a chance of being burned with boiling water.I also think this could be used to make Rice, although I have yet to try it.It’s incredibly useful and makes pasta meals and especially ramen much easier.

I have been using a pyrex large mixing bowl to make microwave ramen for at least a decade. I always make large ramen bowls with 3 or 4 packages of ramen noodles. I always feel like I over ate afterwards. Every single time but that’s a personal problem lol! I got this looking for a goofy ramen device because I wanted something with a built in strainer and the cute cat bowl was a bonus that made me chuckle and my wife laughed at it too. This little contraption is great though! Cooked my ramen (2 packages) in 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Strained out the water and added my seasoning as I am a dry ramen eater. It was perfect! And great for portion control for a ramen fanatic like me! I can’t recommend this bowl/microwave cooker enough. Was easy to use. A breeze to clean. Cooked the ramen perfectly and looks silly. Perfect!

All the black designs in bowl and colander are actually cut through the plastic. It does not matter so much with the colander, but it you ever choose to have your ramen wet, the boiling soup comes pouring out the cut-out face. Yikes! Too dangerous and messy for me. Back it goes.

Ramen schmamen…this cute little kitty is the pasta queen! Heat up your water…add your pasta…come back in five minutes…and voila!I only have one complaint…I didn’t see that it came in teal til I went to write this review. So, if pink’s not your jam…that’s an option. Also comes in red.Best $17.99 I’ve spent in ages! The combination of function and design is awesome! My mom and sister will each get one of these for Christmas.
