It took my cat a bit of training to learn how to use this toy, but now she's a pro at it. I feed my her from this toy for every meal (she can only eat dry food). It's big enough to hold her entire meal in it. I like that I can adjust the size of the dispenser hole so some days I can make the puzzle harder. Usually I keep it on the biggest setting because there are always a few kibbles at the end of the meal that don't want to fall out. This toy is very sturdy. Sometimes I've dropped it from high up and that was ok, it didn't break.It took about a week for me to train my cat to use this toy.She has a lot of fun pushing this toy around and making it dispense food.The noisemaker is very funny but it's kind of a pain to wash (if you get water inside the holes then the water gets stuck, plus it messes up the noise) so I usually use the toy without the noisemaker.

My pup has a few different variations of these types of feeders, he likes them gets all amped up when I put his food in one. I like this one has an adjustable hole so you can tune it to the kibble size you put in and adjust the flow rate a bit with it.The quacker i thought was a neat twist that he hadn't had in any other feeders. But he mostly rolls it along the long side and the quacker kind of needs it to roll end over end to really work. So not a lot of quacking happening. It does come with stickers to put over the vent holes so you can muffle the quacking if you need to.Make sure you put the lid on tight. Not only does that lock the feeder hole adjustment in place but it has to be tight as to not come apart during play.Overall decent. I wish it had some rubber around it in places so it wasn't the dogs jaws directly on plastic.. i wonder about longevity with how it is. But so far so good. I have a different feeder that has a rubber spider web type design around the outside to take some of the impact off the plastic. If they revise this feeder's design at some point, that's something i'd like to see.

I had a good laugh when this arrived, because on the box it was labeled as "Smelly Egg," hahaha. But no matter, my beagle loves this toy! It takes me a few minutes to use scissors to cut up his favorite chicken jerky into tiny little pieces. I make them small, because his nose can smell that jerky from far off! So I want to make it last....This egg makes the best noises that keep him interested. He bats that egg all over the hard tiled floors in our home and just has the best time with it! There have been a few times when he slapped it so hard it ricocheted off of the hard floor, but it still didn't crack or break. It's a sturdy toy! Easy to unscrew the lid and to fill it up. Making a selection on the size of the hole the treats come out of is easy as well.This has been one of the most affordable and favorite toys of my pup so far. He loves it!

Good little feeder ball. Lots of nice features. But we used it three times before our dog cracked it open and chewed the clear side to pieces, in all of five minutes. Maybe better for smaller dogs that can't get much grip on the egg to bite it.

My dog goes crazy for this egg.My dog's meal time takes less than 2 minutes like a vacuum cleaner.I put her foods and treats in the egg and she spent all day pushing the egg around to get all the pieces out. My dog is 12 years old but she is busy now like a puppy.Even if there is nothing to eat in the egg the smell keeps her rolling, rolling again.It’s easy to change the size of the hole for the treats.Goose EGG will keep my dog mentally stimulated and physically active. If you love your pets, beware! While the sound was awesome and totally different than any other toy and the treat dispensing was good, the plastic egg is hard and brittle and cracked and broke immediately. Luckily, I was right there to quickly get the pieces out of my puppy's mouth before her mouth was cut or before she swallowed any sharp shards. Those sharp shards were like glass and could have killed her. Returned immediately.

We bought two of these. They were fun for a few hours but they broke the same day we got them. The giggle only happens once in a while. You have to shake the egg for the sound to happen so it doesn't really work when the dogs roll it. It would be a great toy if it was more durable.

I have 2 cats. One is old and skinny and needs to be fed more. While he eats, I put a few pieces of food in this to keep my other cat busy. She likes it better than other food dispensing toys I have tried. I like that you can adjust the opening. It's sturdy and has survived being dropped a couple times. The noise it makes is annoying and the cats and the dog don't like it, but I expected the noise to be unpleasant. The way my cat plays with it, it rarely makes the sound. I'm very happy with this toy.
